500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly bready, strawy aroma. Taste is strawy, chalky; mineral, chalky finish. Light body, slightly watery. Zwickel? Keller? - A flat, boring Helles.

Einfach zu trinken, leicht süffig und das ohne groß zu glänzen. Eigentlich ein sehr simples, wenn es halt nicht so einfach runerginge. Große Gefahr der Besäufnis !

McTapps (3879) - Ruhrcity, North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - APR 16, 2013
Light gold colour with steady, small head and medium body. Nose of malt. Taste of medium bitter hops, ripe grains, toasted bread, cereals and hay. Easy to drink but just that touch too dull and dusty. Too much basement atmosphere.

Jonb5 (345) - Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 20, 2012
Very pale, clear, small, poorly retained head. Spalt and apple aroma. Tasted fragrant and grassy, hints of roasted malts similar to Dunkel lagers. Fairly long sourish finish, sharp kick at the end. Was well carbonated, slightly coarse, crisp texture. Overall not a pale lager but more complex than other Helles type beers. Not really one to throw back on a hot day but decent.

Dusty hay-like nose - light and pleasant, yellow color, fizzy foamy head. Looks like the Wiesenbacher Original. Citrusy malt with a broad but light bitter across the whole mouth towards the end. Seems to be filtered or fined - wanted more texture in this beer given the style. Overall quite decent.

Look through yellow color, medium fizzy head and fizzy carbonation. Sweet, slightly sulphury cobbwebb nose. Grain and cereal hops taste. Medium long finish.
