Cloudy yellow colour with a long lasting white head. Light sweet aroma. Slightly sweet, wheaty flavour.

bottled, thanks to mowbeer from bringing this one back from nuremburg. quite pale for a hefe, golden with only faint haze and a generous head; aroma of shortbread and lemon meringue; some banana nectar flavour and a little grassiness in the finish which balanced the flour-like wheat character well

Part of the Nurnberg Beer Raid 2011. On tap at the 14.Fränkisches Bierfest in Nurnberg , Germany. Pours a milky white yellow color witha soft white head. Aroma is bananas and citrus. Taste is also citrus and bananas. Palate is mellow but ends a bit too bitter for type, however well done.

Tap. Milky yellow, white head. Clove and whitbread aroma. Light to medium body. Bready base, clove aftertastste.

Dies ist sowohl das einzige obergärige Bier der Brauerei, zudem auch das einzige, welches in NRW Flaschen verkauft wird, wogegen alle anderen Biere in Maurer Pullen erhältlich sind – es ist daher extrem wahrscheinlich, dass das Bier in einer anderen Brauerei gebraut und abgefüllt wird. Süßlich-hefiger Antrunk, auch im weitern Verlauf bleibt das Weizen hefig, die Süße wandelt sich in eine mittelstarke Bananennote. Im hinteren Teil etwas herber, dadurch weniger süß, etwas trocken. Mittelwürzig. Ausgeglichenes Weizen.

Bottle, 5.2%. Almost clear golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off with some banana and some citrus. Rather high bitterness. OK refreshing.

Murky medium to dark orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090704]

Bottle. Cloudy orange colour. Big slightly off-white head. Yeasty aroma. Tastes of wheat, yeast, fruit. Sour flavour. Good Weizen.

Draft. An unclear orange beer with a thick white head. The aroma is very wheaty combined with a light note of banana. The flavor is sweet malty and againg very wheaty, combined with a good deal of banana notes, leading to a dry wheaty finish with a light fruity note.

(On tap) Hazy, pilsener golden with a dense, white head. Classical notes of wheat, citrus and yeast. Medium body, some phenol and citrus with and underlying tartness. Ends rather dry. 111106
