330ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with 2 fingers of white head that retained well and left no lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruits with some hints of grains. Taste is a light fruity and malt sweetness with a grass hop bitterness with a dry spicy yeast finish. A decent tripel, but many others out there are better.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Yellow with a white head. Aroma is full of grain and yeast. Flavor is more complex. I get a lot of orange and lemon notes as well as some Belgian yeast and wheat. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu. Rated on 14.08.2010
Aroma has citrus, some caramel and hints of spices. Flavour is sweet with some citrus, fruit sugar and yeasty notes. A tripel too sweet.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of pear skins, Belgian yeast and some subtle tangy fruit. Flavour is full of apples and pears, a very subtle light tartness from these fruits, some Belgian yeast and finishes on a sort of lemony apple tang. Too much apple, not enough dryness or carbonation to be a higher echelon tripel. The more you drink, the more annoying the apple quality becomes. Not too good at all.

330 ml bottle. Pours an orange/amber with little head. Light aromas of orange, coriander, and malt. Sharp and a bit acidic. Strong coriander/spice flavors with full malt, bitter orange, and light caramel notes.

33cl bottle. Orange, hazy with bits in it. Small head. Nose : strong cherrie notes , cooked red fruits, tart. Some little vanilla and clove. Wet bread. Sip : Low carbonation, oily texture, medium body. Sweet with dominating tart and red fruits. Wedding cake with fruits. Aftertaste is sour and sweet. Overall this isn’t my thing.

@ home, 33 cl bottle i was expecting another, borning, ordinary beer, but i truely got something unique ! that would be the pouring. i poured it into a small glass 5 18 cl ) so lets say half a bottle. the foam made noise! normaly i play music ALL the time so it could be due to that i’ve never heard it, but it was an unespected cool surprise. within a minute the foam is ALL gone, its like a glass of apple juice ! ( there you go guys, the most exact description of a colour, EVER ! the smell reminds me of something... the taste is sweret, reminds me of the same thing, a beer... little while after, im realizing , its JUST like a la chouffe ! the carbonation in the beer is ( in contradiction to what you see) perfectly there and damn, how long ive waited for a beer in the list of ’ locals’ that hasent got tons of unneeded carbonation! definatyly a surprise, nothing groundbreaking but worth a try !
