6 cereals were used in creating this continental breakfast beer. This is not a fry up! The warm glow of the morning sun is captured in this generously hopped golden ale.

I forgot that I have had this beer before, but I do remember that I enjoyed a lot!

500mL bottle, pours cloudy copper with a creamy white head. Aroma has a slight perfume note with a grainy dominance, good carbonation as it hits the tongue and then zesty tang with perfume note and a nice grainy backround. Decent beer.

Orangey golden body with little head. Slightly sweet grainy nose with something similar in the taste, balanced enough for the style and drinkable.

Golden amber and a head that was transient. Lightly malty and gentle aromas of cereal. A little bit roasty, a good fit for a breakfast ale (if a little high in alcohol content). Cool and sweet initially, becoming honeyed and sweet. Flavours of malt, shredded wheat, honey puffs - have I got breakfast on the brain? This beer does what it says on the label. A lovely drop.

Bottle. The golden glow is warm, and it has certainly captured the golden ale style. Plenty of floral and herbacous hops in the short bitter finish with a slightly creamy palate. Tasty.
