3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Delicious. Iíve drunk this over time, and I swear tonightís was lighter in colour than Iíve seen it before, palate confirmed this. Still a model of balance, a nice strong fruity forefront, easy to have a second or third.

Yellowish brown with a hint of ash. Easy drinking with a well balanced hoppiness. Bitter and deep in the aroma but yet smooth.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A newer beer in the lineup to take on the hoppier beers that have become more prevalent in recent years, and I think it has been a good addition to the Wigram range. While not overly hoppy (I would dispute the 40-50 IBU) this beer is nice golden colour and is very potable.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I had a low expectation for this beer, but was pleasantly surprised and was very impressed with the highly-citrus aroma. It settled light-amber in the glass with a nice head. The taste wasnít quite up to the standard of the pleasing aroma, and although it was well presented and citrusy, it lacked a clear hoppy bitterness. This mattered little though as an altogether pleasant beer and very good value for money.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma: citrus, nuts, earthy. Appearance: amber, sparkling, clear, minimal white head. Taste: medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Palate: medium body, average carbonation, bitterish. Overall: Whilst this beer is most certainly not the most hoppy or bitter APA i have ever tasted (I didnít even realise it was an APA until i looked at this site(NZ hops in an APA???)) it is most definitely a very drinkable beer that i would recommend to anyone looking for a hoppy yet easy drinking and tasty beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours golden amber with a good head on it that seems to be leavng lace on the glass. Aromas arestrongly of malt, blueish cheese, caramel and biscuits. Nutty and lovely. I was expecting more hop aroma from an APA, but this still smells lush and inviting.
Sweet at first, second and third. The label says 40-50 IBU. I think not and not by a long chalk. Iím not exactly accusing the brewer of a misrepresentation, but I was expecting something seriously bitter which I havenít got in my hand. Malty and toffeeish, full bodied and silky. A tinge of bitterness on a long lingering finish.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light copper orange in colour. Good head retention. Aroma is very restrained - almost as much malt as hop aroma. Reasonable bitterness and mouthfeel that sneeks up on you. Rich toffee, a touch resin and light citrus. No real flavours, just bitter.
