A dark yellow beer with a small head. It has a very sweet aroma. It has a very thick sweet flavor of alcohol with no bitterness to balance it. Too strong for my liking.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JUN 11, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Vintage 1999 at 9,9% ABV. Dark golden with a pretty, full head. Immensely full-bodied, sweetish with a glowing alcohol. But rather nicely done for a super strong lager. 6/3/6/2/12=2,9 131199
Vintage 2000: Fully golden, limited head. Extremely potent with a burning alcohol. Bitter finish on a sweet, malty background. But not as bad as could be expected. 6/3/6/3/12=3

Can, 10.6% - 2011 version, 1 month past BB date. Apple aroma, CO2, a bit of booze, but not too bad. Clear yellow copper colour. Small tight stable head. The flavour is strong, quite bitter and a little rough with some booze. Full-bodied and quite sweet.
