COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Wiibroe Årgangsøl 2006, 33 cl bottle at 10.6%, bottle Nr. 3221414.
Bought in Helsingör, Denmark.
Golden color with a small white head. Dominant alcohol in the scent. Sweet taste, too sweet, want to rinse the mouth with good beer. Full mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. The viking label is beautiful though! But it’s not the one ratebeer has displayed. See www.wiibroe.dk

jbrus (4992) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - NOV 28, 2001
I had the 2001 version. Did you know every year it’s 0.1% higher in alcohol? And that they do this on purpose! But I guess it doesn’t get better anyway. The aroma is sweet and alcohol. Not very complex. Golden/orange colour, not much head. It’s main flavors are malt sweet and alcohol bitter. Thick like syrup. It finishes leaving a alcohol burn.

stouby (3700) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2006 Bottle at home. Vintage 2005. Golden with white head, quickly gone. Aroma heavy malty and alcoholic, light hoppy. Flavor heavy sweet, light bittersweet, the alcohol is felt. Medium to full body, creamy, soft carbonated. Bottle, at Benny (041228). Year 2005 brew. A sweet taste of nothing. To strong in alcohol. Not worth wasting time on. 3-2-4-3-6/1,8.
