1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Marko (3614) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 29, 2007
Can received in a trade with faroeviking, shared with ozujsko. Poured a yellow colour with tons of carbonation streams. Thick, creamy small white head that went away slowly. Nose... dust, eggs, lemon, sharp & a bit funky. Corn? Taste... sweet, yeah, definitely corn. Eggy, a touch of alcohol. Crap.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a crispy and quickly disappearing white head. Very soft and sweet malty aroma. Soft slight sweet flavour, minor bitter finish. Nice beer but certainly only has a vague aroma and flavour, but nevertheless its great.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 fb (51) - NORWAY - JUL 27, 2007
Bottle. For a lager this is rich and well balanced, not disturbed with the taste of alcohol as the Årgangsøl for Wiibroe.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 faroeviking (10300) - FAROE ISLANDS - DEC 2, 2006
Can. Yellow colour with a bubbly average lasting white head. Just a bit sweetness in the aroma long with some maltiness. The flavour is bit sweet and bit hoppy, some malt in there too and the bitter hops comes again just a little in the aftertaste. I would not hold any flag up for this brew (there are plenty of flags on the can though).
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 madsberg (8819) - Søborg, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2006
Bottled. Golden coloured .Clear. Dense off white head. Aroma of sweet fruit and grain. Some vague herbal notes. Flavour is sweet and herbal. Has a light note of grain and metal. Medium bodied. quite dry and acidic. Ends on a grainy bitterness, that last fairly long. Not the worst "Guldøl" out there.
