yngwie (3394), Kristiansand, Norway Apr 26, 2008 Bottle from trade with faroeviking. It pours a clear, golden body with a small white head leaving some fine lacings. Weak on the nose, with a little touch of alcohol, grains and fruityness. The flavor is on the grainy, malty side, with some fruityness trying to balance, and some alcohol to disturb. Medium body, not much warmth from the alcohol, but it’s evident in the finish too. It’s sure drinkable, but really boring. I see no need for Carlsberg to continue producing this one, except for maybe people in Elsinore still wanting it. (080426) fonefan (4323), Ulfborg, Denmark Mar 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light bread, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (210108) Maria (3963), Thisted, Denmark Feb 1, 2008 Golden with an OK head. The aroma has a light sweetness and malt, but isn’t very strong. The flavour has sweetness, malt, caramel and an almost non-existing bitterness. Very ordinary. ekstedt (1785), Göteborg, Sweden Oct 28, 2007 Can (33 cl) from a Shell gas station in Helsingør, Denmark. Clear golden with a medium white head. Artificial candyish fruitiness mixed with a sour and grainy malts and a clear touch of alcohol. Light to medium bodied, decent mouthfeel. Sweet and only partially balanced with a discrete bitterness.
