3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat, grain, yeast and some peat notes that remind me of Scotch. The flavor is a bit different with some wheat and yeast notes, as well as some lightly tart lemon. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Weird, but not bad.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(12oz bottle) opaque medium yellow, creamy fine tight white, nose of light bandaid, wheat, lemon, oddly scotch-like. Taste of lightly tart berliner, seltzer water, lemon, refreshing but a little strange too. Very carbonated and dry finish. Have a hard time getting past the peat smell.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 ounce bottle
A very drab beer that clearly might be one of the reasons Wilbur did not survive, this is the sort of mediocre beer that you should only drink if you are after a tick. Otherwise even within central Indiana there are plenty of much better beers. Avoid the temptation to pick one up even if the brewery had not gone some time in the past.
Aroma / Appearance - The heavy surge of foam blasted from the bottle. The golden base was plain vanilla but super carbonated. Flat lemon rinse water infused with gentle hops is a pale imitation of the average summer lawnmower beer.
Flavor / Palate - The crisp bite of week old lemon cookies and gentle hops indicate this beer has seen better days. I imagine the case left in stock won’t be moving any time soon. The citrusy finish helps redeem it a little bit. Overall though it is a mess that is best avoided in favor of something else.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Orange peel, coriander and malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet orange, rubber band and malt flavor. Okay - not sure where the rubbery taste is from but beer would be way better without it.

2.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Sweet lemon and mild coriander nose, faintly floral but has a subtle rush of sweet energy. Transparent golden body with a short white head. Taste is slightly bitterer and grainier than expected, some pepper and spice coarseness coming through, reminds vaguely of Sam Adams’ Summer Ale, but without the spice harmony, the lack of which tarnishes the aftertaste. Fullish body maybe a bit more than I would like.
