Tap at Bat. Red with no head, looks like Ribena. Aroma of berries and earthy yeast. Similar taste, raspberry and yeast, little funk. Thin and little sticky

On tap at The Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. Deep red with nice frothy pink head. Aromas of red fruits; raspberries, cherries. Nice and sour, light-medium sweet, quite tart. Medium body, crisp mouthfeel. I have a feeling this would have benefitted from being served chilled, like most sours, not room temp.

75cl bottle @ RBESG Aug 14 CBC Clapham. Pours vibrant red with off-white head. Big sour raspberries in the taste with fresh lemon juice and tart wild berries. I could’ve drunk this all to myself!

RBESG pt 1. Craft Clapham. Bottle. Very hazy red - pink - amber beer, good peach colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Nice raspberry nose. Light seltzer, whisper of sherbet. Nice fruity raspberry with a trace of lemon. Light finish. Pretty drinkable.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2014 Bottle at RBESG. Bright blood red, medium foamy off white head. Smell is fantastic. Raspberries, sherberty sweetness and berry fruit, subtle pepper, nice sourness. Taste is lots of raspberry, sour and sherberty fruit. It’s like lots of fresh raspberry juice with delicate wild yeast and fruit sour dominated. Another really great beer from Wild Beer Co and great chilled on a summers day.

Sampled on keg at Birmingham Beer Bash pop-up bar. This is immense. Not sure I’ve tried too many beers which can top this one. The fruit flavours are jammy, rich and delicious. The sour backbone is pronounced, developed and perfectly balanced. I drank lots of this. It is unbelievable.

On tap at Tipplers Tap 020814. Vibrant deep red colour with a good head of thick pink foam. Tart and sour in the mouth and packed full of fruit flavours.

Aroma: intense raspberry, sour notes. Appearance: dark hazy ruby red, medium frothy red-ish head. Taste: medium sour. Palate: sours and bitters intensify, raspberries in the background, getting very dry towards the average-long finish. Overall: nice Fruit Beer, intense raspberry aroma, refreshingly sour palate. Pint at Beavertown Brewery Tap Room, Tottenham Hale.
