Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized light pink head. Light cloudy Aroma has tons of red fruit, funk, flowers, some wild yeast but more lacto tones, some rhuharb and some smooth hints of marzipan and soap. Awesome aroma! Flavour is also beautiful, lots of red fruit, some earthy cinnamon, soap, flowers, some funk, rhuharb, tart and wood. Delicous! Aftertaste lovely red fruit, tart, funk, some malts and wood. Low carbo, creamy tart mouthfeel and more than medium bodied. Delicious stuff!

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014 Moncada Brewery. Aroma is bursting from the glasss, fresh raspberry, woody seeds and pips, lovely fresh and tart. Deept purple / pink coloured pour with a fine pink white that lasts ok. Flavour is lovely fresh tart raspberry, oak and and pips. Lingering crisp and tart in the finish. Palate is very dry and crisp in the finish. Really good, superb beer.

Backlog rating. 75cl bottle at home. It pours a rich ruby color with a small pink-ish head. Aroma is complex and rich with notes of dried red fruits, raspberries, wood, balsamic vinegar, light funk, orange peel. Taste is well balanced sweet-acidic, with more raspberries, cherries, vinegar, wood, red wine, funk and black pepper. Body is medium with soft carbonation. Overall, delicious

Bottle(RBESG, CBC Clapham):Hazy, raspberry-red coloured; aromas of berries and marmalade and Gueuze in the nose; moderate to solid dry sour flavour, accompanied by a very faint bitterness; almost a bit sweeter fruity-sour finish ,lingering as expected. Good "Gueuze" with an odd IMHO aroma…

Pink creamy full lasting head. Dark brown reddish colour. Aroma is malty with sour and fruity (raspberry) notes. Flavor is fruity too with raspberry and strawberry notes, slightly sour, ending in a moderately sweet and fruity finish. Medium bodied.

Pours mauve/purple with a fading head. Nose shows overt raspberry, roast and very little else. Nice though. Floral flavours too, very perfumous. A huge raspberry hit too followed by a mouth-puckering sourness. Very prickly carbonation, perhaps a bit over the top.
