Keg at the Kings Arms during the inaugural London Bimble. Pours clear, rich pink with a white cream head. The nose holds ripe berries, light funk, raspberry. Light sweet flavour with nice and cleansing tartness, some raspberry, cherry. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Clean and lightly drying on the finish, with wonderful, balanced acidity, some bitter pits and skin. Very good.

Draft at IMBC 2015 as Wild Beer Raspberry Sour, so I hope I’m entering this in the right place. Cloudy golden amber color. Aroma of subtle berries. Taste is softly sour berries. Easy drinking.

Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized light pink head. Light cloudy Aroma has tons of red fruit, funk, flowers, some wild yeast but more lacto tones, some rhuharb and some smooth hints of marzipan and soap. Awesome aroma! Flavour is also beautiful, lots of red fruit, some earthy cinnamon, soap, flowers, some funk, rhuharb, tart and wood. Delicous! Aftertaste lovely red fruit, tart, funk, some malts and wood. Low carbo, creamy tart mouthfeel and more than medium bodied. Delicious stuff!

Bottle shared at the RBESG 2014, grand tasting 09/08/2014 Moncada Brewery. Aroma is bursting from the glasss, fresh raspberry, woody seeds and pips, lovely fresh and tart. Deept purple / pink coloured pour with a fine pink white that lasts ok. Flavour is lovely fresh tart raspberry, oak and and pips. Lingering crisp and tart in the finish. Palate is very dry and crisp in the finish. Really good, superb beer.
