3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Keg at Dustin Tap. It pours dirty amber with a small off-white head. The nose is earthy, herbal, fennel, stewed orange and lemon meringue. The taste is earth, brown bread, herbal, grass, wood, spice, resin, toast, spice and barnyard with an earthy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Unusual flavour profile for sure, but I don’t dislike it.
