Keg at the MTB/Takeover, CBC St Giles, 28/02/15. Hazed orange with a moderate off white covering that dissipates quickly to nyadda. Nose is tarte peach, citric rinds, apricot pangs, straw, light funk. Taste comprises damp straw, more apricot plunder, mango, passionfruit, a very tropicana forward sour, light acidic strokes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, zingy citrics in a very lightly puckered close. Solid refreshing sour, pretty simple but solid throat tickling stuff. Much better than the bottled version I’d had a month previously and not got round to rateing.

Bottle from the Hop Hideout. Pours hazy golden with a light layer of white froth that quickly fades to nothing. The aroma is sour and slightly musty. The taste is really sour and zingy with sharp lemon flavour. Some slightly earth must in the finish. Refreshing and tasty.

Pours a cloudy and bright yellow with no head. Aroma is sour fruit and the taste is a sharpness with a hint of lemon.

On tap at Craft Covent Garden. Cloudy orange gold no head. Good fruit on this. Some white wine melon apricot even. Not exactly authentic funk but not overtly lactose either. Decent

Nice sour beer, just the think to cleanse your palate after some spicy food, lacking much of an aroma.

330ml bottle. Pours like a cider, a bit fizzy but no head, cloudy yellow. Sour fruit aroma, sour taste which softens the further down I get

33cl bottle from brewery online webshop. It pours a hazy apricot color with no head to speak of. Aroma is fruity and sour, decently funky and complex. Notes of ripe apricots, gooseberries, white grapes, white wine barrel, Brett and lemon. Taste is again quite sharp acidic and nicely fruity with more notes of ripe apricots, white wine, hint of salt, funk and lemon. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, delicious

Tasting at Bruce’s. Hazy gold beer, residual white head. Palate is light, semi dry and crisp. Tart but not overly so, little lenon acid, pretty mellow. Mild seltzer. Crisp finish with a tangy lemon linger. Pretty approachable.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, dark straw colour. No head. White wine vinegar. Soft fruits. Grainy malt. Slightly woody. Taste is light dry, turning light tart. Some sweetness mingled in. Some acidity. Low carbonation. Finishes tart, and toasty, woody dry. Liked this one.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds some sweet, lightly doughy pale bread, tangy citrus. Light-medium sweet flavor with sugary cereal, corn, buttered popcorn, ripe lemons. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. A bit more refreshing on the finish, some further cereal, butter. Seems a little young.
