COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Epic by name, epic by nature, this Farmhouse Ale is a transcontinental fusion of Belgium’s eclectic beer culture and the feisty hops of North America brought to life with the aid of West Country artisanal brewing wizardry and judicious use of the US-grown Sorachi Ace hop. On the nose, the hops deliver a big splash of tropical fruit, followed by ripples of well-seasoned spiciness spreading outwards. In the mouth a tangy, bittersweet fruitiness holds sway, while tangerine oranges tap dance their way across the tongue in the finish.

Bottle from a corner shop. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - yeast and citrus, either lemon or pineapple. Taste - yoghurt and citrus which culminates in a grated coconut thing. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - decent rather than epic.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2015 330ml . In a tulip glass . Fucken huge peach notes in 3D screen out from the tulip.."Move into the Country gonna eat peaches" song enters my mind for a few seconds . With aromatic boozy spice that melts my brain in that peach skin accent. A murky dirty blond that gives good head and swallows ... This beer shows flowers , petals, peppery spice bitterness , honey , orange zest , bready malts and robust fucken peaches that go on forever .. A pretty charming UK take on a Saison .

33cl bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy dark golden with a thick fluffy white head. Aroma is good albeit not very strong with yeast, citrus, sweet fruits. Taste is also nice with a good saison character with the addition of the fruity notes from the hops. Medium body, watery texture, medium carbonation. Very good.

Saison yeast on the aroma, and a fresh peach taste, makes this an easy drinking saison .

Bottle from Cocktails, Littleborough. Slightly hazy yellow with a small bubbly head. Has a very citrus hoppy character with lemon very evident in its nose, and also in its taste. There’s not a huge bitterness though despite its very obvious flavours.

Aroma: Saison yeast, grain malts, dry. Appearance: slightly hazy, pale gold, small, frothy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: nice balance between grainy sweets and bitter floral hops, soft carbonation, dry finish. Overall: nice Saison, well-balanced. Bottle from Independent Spirit, Bath.

Bottle. Semi hazy golden beer with a large white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus, wheat, herbs, hay and grass. Flavor is spicy with notes of grain, bread, spices, citrus and yeast. Well balanced but nothing exciting.

Buona birra, onesta ed in linea con il genere. Frutta dolce, leggera acidità, zesty and crispy. Rinfrescante e pulita, taglia bene con il finale amaro. Buona
