4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Orange, super hazy, massive beige head. Smell of brett, funk, berries, spicy hops, citrus and light malts. Moderate sweet, quite dry, bretty elements all over the place, cellar and grapes. Medium bitter finish, alot of resins. Very nice! A great brett IPA, with good balance between the brett and the hops.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours orange with a large head.
Nose shows peach, Brett, elderflower, melon and floral hops.
More of the above fruit as flavours along with the floral notes. Big funky Brett accompanies it all.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is citrusy notes of brett, as well as bitter hops with lemon and peaches.
Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is really bitter with hoppy lemon, pine and grapefruit, as well as lingering dry brett.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap @ Commercial Taphouse. Looks like honey with a thin white head. Smells passionfruity, tart, and funky. Rates like a funky, hoppy brandy. A little heavy on the carbonation, tart and bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow body with a medium rocky white head. Nose is citric peel, lemon juice, straw, hay, mild stable funk notes, hints of red fruits, apricot and sweet herbal notes. Taste is grass, stable funk, dry leaves, straw and hints of melon and resin. Medium body, high carbonation. Lovely aroma, a bit too dry in taste for me perhaps but a nice refreshing beer all in all.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Not a gusher, but the foam starts to creep up out of the bottle upon opening. Head takes a while to settle in, but this is seriously one of the prettiest beers I’ve ever seen. Like hazy pineapple juice, just radiant and inviting. Head is thick, soapy, and pure white. Big, big brett presence on the nose: wet ropes, hay, day-old lemon rind, musty musty. Really cool, soft mouthfeel. The hops are just there to support the brett; stinky cheese rinds rubbed with orange peel, or vice versa. I don’t say this much because I hate people who always say it, but I’m VERY interested to see what age does to this beer as the hops continue to oxidize out.
