It started gushing when I popped the cap....gotta love Brett. A hazy orange yellow it is and of course, the head of foam is substantial but does shrink fairly quickly. Some not so sticky lacing. Big Brett notes in the smell with good bitterness, wheat and yeast.i Brett flavour is huge! It brings some tartness. The IPA itself is very bitter with grapefruit Notes of wheat round out this unusual IPA. The second pour also turned it decidedly cloudy. Medium bodied, loads of carbonation. It drinks stronger than the 5.8% abv but I like it.

Bottle from Star Grocery. Pours cloudy golden with a massive white head and a citrus aroma. There is a fruity pale malt flavor with a dry somewhat bitter finish. There is a bit of brett sourness that adds a layer to the palate.

330ml bottle, pours clear light gold with a slight haze. On the nose is a big brett aroma, with citrus notes, lemon and grapefruit. The brett and the hops balance nicely but woud lke a bit more malt, quite light and fluffy. light body, thin feel, lively carbonation,

It poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma was of grassy hops, dough, brett with a little biscuit. The taste was of malts, citrus, dough, grass, yeast, herbal notes and green apples. Nice.

I really didn’t like this beer which was disappointing because it was recommended by the guy in rouge mouton. bottle. It just didn’t taste or smell right to me. The other wild beers have been ok.
