Private buying club. Lovely brett IPA. Fresh field aroma, although more barnyard in last part of bottle. Smooth full mouthfeel. Artistic lace.

Aroma is malty caramel, with a subtle sharp fruitiness. It pours a hazy medium yellow, with a soft white head that dissipates into long lasting lacing. The taste is dominated by hop bitterness that lingers, but there is the brett funk, it is farmy and leathery. This is followed up by the powerful resinous and floral hops.

Bottle - Sweet bretty fruit, some mango and some grapefruit. Hazy gold with a rich frothy white head. Light mandarin, light funk, some bitterness, dusty notes and a dry finish. Pretty decent, not as bright as the nose suggested but still pretty good.

Dark tan bottle, 33cl, Cork and Cask, Edinburgh. Pours medium amber, translucent, with a thick white head that never ceases expanding, eventually subsiding minimally - reminds me of a homebrew. Scent is extremely musky, like being in an underground cave or vault. Taste is spicy and peppery, and I sense some wit characteristics - wheat and maybe german yeast. Finish is dry and harsh; very burpy. Decent.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrusy hops with funky Brett notes is quite nice. Taste is also dominated by light citrusy notes with some fruity notes and some funky yeasty notes. Hops are not the dominant factor here but the yeast strain is so great that it doesn’t matter. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of drinkability and complexity with quite an original spin on the style.

Bottle from Brewdog online. Cloudy yellow with large white head. Tart, lemony, fresh aroma. Taste is sweet, tart, hoppy, fresh yeast. Nice and drinkable, a refreshing beer.

still my favourite wild beer co beer. brett notes dominate: orange rind, mandarin and grapefruit on the palate. medium carbonation and excellent length of flavour.

On tap @ Bøker & Børst. Light unclear golden body with a nice white head. Aroma is citric fruity and grassy. Flavor is mild malty with citric fruit and medium fruity/grassy bitterness. Fin and balanced body, ok aftertaste. Nice and refreshing IPA, did not noticed any Brettanomyces.
