We have a passion for flavour and a lust for hops — this frisky, fragrant pale ale is the result. Whilst consistency is (rightly) the benchmark of most beers, we’ve gone Wild with Fresh and thrown away the rulebook. Every six months we source some of the most exciting hops from both the northern and southern hemispheres, which means two hop harvests and two excitingly different hop profiles.
Given the unpredictability of each harvest we’ll leave it to you to discover the individual aromas and tastes, but you’ll be guaranteed a punchy hop character alongside an appetising bitterness and a crisp dry finish that will send you back for more. This is a beer we like to drink all through the year. We think you will too.
The first brew of Fresh has copious amounts of New Zealand hops in it. We particularly love the sherbet lemon aromas in the Southern Cross.

Bottle from M&S. Nice clean nose. This is such an easy-drinking beer. Mellow lemon and grapefruit with a bit of chew. I like this a lot. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2016 Bottled best before 02/06/16 drank today. Oh lovely. Earthy grassy almost floral smell alongside soft fruity smells. Taste is an awesome balance. This varies quite a bit, today’s fresh was a touch sour and not so fruity.

Can from Bières Cultes - Rue des Halles. Hoppy nose. Taste hoppy, slightly metallic, nice citrus bursts. Punchy in the dry finish. Good one.

Aroma is high from citrus and herbs. Taste is clean and refreshing. There’s actually a pretty high citrus content in this one, almost a little too much for me, but... it’s an easy-drinking pale ale with lots of marmelade with a medium bitter finish fighting alongside all that citrus.

Canned version. Quite nice, crisp taste but not overly bitter. Nice amber with slight cloudiness and a good head. Nice aroma without being overwhelming or stand-out. Good not great ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Pours a murky orange with a thin mostly fading bubbly white head. Aroma of caramel, butter, oranges, passionfruit, grassy, citrus. Taste is of citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit, caramel, hint of pepper. Light oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

Cloudy amber beer with nice medium to big foam when pouring the can into a glass. Smells citrus to flower hops perfect blend . Taste of strawberry and apple tasting hops. Nor much of an after taste one of my favourite beers from a can.

Bote en el taxman León 24..03..2016 lote 263F hasta 11..2016. (r197).
