COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, keg & bottle; Regular.

We have a passion for flavour and a lust for hops — this frisky, fragrant pale ale is the result. Whilst consistency is (rightly) the benchmark of most beers, we’ve gone Wild with Fresh and thrown away the rulebook. Every six months we source some of the most exciting hops from both the northern and southern hemispheres, which means two hop harvests and two excitingly different hop profiles.
Given the unpredictability of each harvest we’ll leave it to you to discover the individual aromas and tastes, but you’ll be guaranteed a punchy hop character alongside an appetising bitterness and a crisp dry finish that will send you back for more. This is a beer we like to drink all through the year. We think you will too.
The first brew of Fresh has copious amounts of New Zealand hops in it. We particularly love the sherbet lemon aromas in the Southern Cross.

Bottle: Amall white head. Almost clear yellow beer. Aroma is hoppy, hop acidity, hop fruits, resin, pine and exotic fruit. Flavour is good bitter and hoppy, strong hop fruit and some hop acidity... Aftertaste is hop bitter fruit tones. Low carbo, light creamy mouthfeel, bit more than medium bodied.

330ml. in a La chouffe tulip. Yes the nose is as fresh as Carlton Banks on the Fresh Prince . tropical fruit (maybe lychee , mandarin ,also orange peth) bready , sugary hops . grassy. its a vibrant aroma . murky orange with just a small ring of white head . All the crap I have mentioned in the nose is there in the flavour..with a dry bitterness ..Chewy and easy to boost !

Bottle shared with Erwin Van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll during the bottling of Benzai’s 10k beer. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, wet hops. Taste lightly malts, wet hops, lightly grassy, lightly bitter. Average, perhaps even a bit watery body and low carbonation.

Bionda intensa, limpida, bel cappello di schiuma bianco, persistente. Carbonazione medio-bassa, corpo basso. Birra piacevole, piuttosto beverina ma poco strutturata e complessa, vuota a tratti.

Bottle. Golden and clear. Hop explosion hits your mouth, with citrus in background. Some bitterness as well. Well rounded and excellent to drink.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy light golden with two fingers of white head. Aroma is sweet malts and the remnants of the fruity flavors it should have, the bottle is definitely too old. Similar taste with tropical, citrus and resin suggestions, can surely tell it was a good one. Looking for having a fresher one.

Aroma: straw, grass, flowers, light grain malts. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, small, frothy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitters continue, some citrus fruits, acidic, some grass. Overall: nice APA, very well balanced, not too overpowering, yet very satisfying. Bottle from Independent Spirit, Bath.
