COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, keg & bottle; Regular.

We have a passion for flavour and a lust for hops — this frisky, fragrant pale ale is the result. Whilst consistency is (rightly) the benchmark of most beers, we’ve gone Wild with Fresh and thrown away the rulebook. Every six months we source some of the most exciting hops from both the northern and southern hemispheres, which means two hop harvests and two excitingly different hop profiles.
Given the unpredictability of each harvest we’ll leave it to you to discover the individual aromas and tastes, but you’ll be guaranteed a punchy hop character alongside an appetising bitterness and a crisp dry finish that will send you back for more. This is a beer we like to drink all through the year. We think you will too.
The first brew of Fresh has copious amounts of New Zealand hops in it. We particularly love the sherbet lemon aromas in the Southern Cross.

Can at home. Aroma of grass, lemon, citrus, tropical fruit notes, cactus, hops. Flavour is medium bitter. Body is medium. Very crisp and sharply grassy, not your typical APA aroma, but definitely refreshing and tasty.

Bottle at the Hare and Billet, Blackheath. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Sweet citrus and peach aroma. Bags of fruit in the flavour leading to a citrus twist in the finish. Tasty stuff.

- Looks pretty cloudy. - Nose: slight citrus (clementine) + slight pickled onion crisp tang; a tad sour. - Body: soft lemon, slight sea-water sourness. - Finish: med-long – dwells on slightly sour note. - Nicely balanced + hoppy pale ale, with a slight ‘golden ale’ malt vibe too.

Quite subtle and balanced, but really good. Lots of citrus, a little zing, bitterness... Good beer

0.33l bottle from Stockholm-Turku ferry. Pretty nice drink for summer days. Slight notes of fruit in taste. I dont like too hoppy stuff and this one is nicely balanced. If I can, I’ll buy it again.

Pours cloudy orange with a big, foamy head. Aroma of sharp citrus, lemon, orange that kind of thing, and pine. The taste is a like a lemon, herb and butter sauce with a malty backbone and a bitter finish. I like what they’ve done.

Bottle from a ferry to Åland. Hoppy and fruity but also a bit unclean. Similar taste, some light citrus. Light to medium bitterness. Drinkable but lacks hops.

In bottiglia. Aroma erbaceo, frutta gialla, leggero terroso. Al palato corpo leggero, scorre veloce e gustosa con sentori di erba, fiori, pesca, albicocca e nota terrosa e rustica finale

Can from beer hive. Yellow gold, clear. Big frothy white head. Surprisingly bready nose, fresh light tropical fruit. Sweet, very soft carbonation. Medium body, a little sticky. Clementine and sweet citrus. Light dry bitter finish. Very good.

33cl bottle at home. Hazy orange with a small white soapy head. Medium body with low to moderate carbonation. Medium bitterness with some fruity tones and a dry hoppy finish. Pine, grapefruit, tropical fruits, spices and hay. A tasty hoppy brew.
