My first wild beer co beer and an impressive one at that. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Initial aroma when poured is fresh wet woodland. Nice. Initial taste is a sweet, fruity one followed up by a punch of hops and a nice bitter follow through. Medium body with light carb. A real taste trip for your taste buds. Sweet, fresh with a nice bitter hit to finish with.

12oz pour at Never Stop in San SebastiŠn pours a hazy gold with some lacing, creamy, white head. Nose has a standard IPA character to it, lemon rind, mild malt, some soap, some pine. Flavor is lightly malt, some mild honey, fairly heavy soap, pine, lemon rind. Lightly bitter finish.

Pint on-tap at Drygate Brewery, Glasgow, Scotland (£3.90):
Fresh & hoppy with lots of tropical fruits & floral notes initially. A good helping of pine with some background fruits feature too & the beer was lively on the nose.
Cloudy amber to orange with a foamy surafce lacing & some on the sides. A lot of sediment was floating in the middle of the pint & it looked quite thick, almost like bits of hops. Very unusual.
Taste matched aroma well with some hops, followed by some nice pine & tropical fruits plus some floral flavours too. I could detect some peach & apricot around the middle & overall the taste was excellent.
Smooth with a medium body complimented by some faint hints of alcohol & a fresh taste that takes a solid, bitter feel from the hops. Carbonation is lively & the beer is refreshingly easy to drink.

A very nice American style IPA that went down very well indeed. It was heavy on the hops but all the better for it and the fact that it didnít get off to a great start with the abundance of sediment sitting in the glass was a minor issue once I smelt and tasted the beer. An excellent beer and one that Iíll be on the lookout for again, with any luck Iíll pick a bottle up sometime soon.

Bottle Rehills Newcastle. Tropical fruit aroma, very sharp bitter taste, with orange and grapefruit flavours. Like the long tangy finish, loads of zestiness very late on.
