3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
My first wild beer co beer and an impressive one at that. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Initial aroma when poured is fresh wet woodland. Nice. Initial taste is a sweet, fruity one followed up by a punch of hops and a nice bitter follow through. Medium body with light carb. A real taste trip for your taste buds. Sweet, fresh with a nice bitter hit to finish with.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Taster at AEON Liquor. Classic citrus profile, grapefruit, pineapple, biscuit, bitter finish. Not overly impressed, decent but average in many ways, not worth the price tag.

(Wild Beer Madness IPA) Can 330 ml at home, served into a teku, ABV 6.8%
Mostly clear body, bright orange in colour, with a tall and thick snow-white head on top. Very good retention.
Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, fresh cut grass, pine.
Taste is nicely bitter, with citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, tropical fruits, light caramel malts.
Medium body, nicely carbonated, mild dryness on the palate.
Great, refreshing, thirst-quenching, easy to drink.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Can at home. Aroma of lots of tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, orange, grass, shitloads of hops. Flavour is lightly sweet with a medium to heavy bitter finish. Body is medium, mouthfeel is nicely thick and smooth. Incredible balance and great drinkability. One of the best IPAs I’ve had.

Can at train home tasting. Clear golden with big white head. Lots of dank hops, haze marihuana, lime peel, light underlying caramel malts with light spices but it’s all about the hops here really. Light sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
- Cloudy, as WB like to make ‘em.
- Nose: strong citrus (yellow grapefruit) + pine + slight prawn cocktail crisp (Skips) whiff
- Body: hoppy - but balanced with something sweet (caramel malts? Result: astringent, warmed lemon sherbert vibe. A nice bit of soul/yeastiness going on too.
- Finish: med – signs off on a nicely bitter note.
- A balanced, hoppy APA – it’d be madness not to have another!

Nicely bitter resinous yellow clean beer. Aroma sticks well, slight astringency. Good beer but not exceptional.

Belle robe orangée, au nez fruité et fleuri. Belle amertume en bouche, persistante mais pas trop, qui révèle des notes subtiles de fruits exotiques. Excellente découverte.
