Bottle. ( 750 ML ) Cloudy yellow appearance. unusual citrus flavour and slightly bitter. So easy to drink considering its flavour-in fact dangerously easy to drink. Wasn’t sure if the ingredients would come together and work. They did.

Wow what a nice tasty beer. Saison meets some citric hops with a strong Belgian twist. Dangerously easy to drink. Smooth nice body and a fine carbonation. Citric, fruity, Belgian yeast and some spices. Recommendable!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours very carbonated, with a nice fluffy head. Aromas of apples Fruity, complex, though not as fruity as many saisons. Finishes dry with a lasting bitterness. Smooth, though a few sips had a striking alcohol taste. An exemplary saison. Delicious.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a big, creamy, off-white head. Fruity aroma with apples but also lots of pale malt, hay, spices and lemon juice. The flavor has more hay, grass, hops, alcohol warmth and chili (!) in the aftertaste. A little dry in the end. Has a slick and light mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. A very complex beer with an incredibly interesting aroma. The flavor lacks a bit fruitiness. Would be great with cheese.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 mL bottle. Cloudy golden with a thick swathe of white head. Complex aromas of candi sugar, apple, white pepper, passionfruit, white grape, pineapple, mango and brett mustiness. Some woodsy spice. Wickedly dry with huge carbonation and modest bitterness. Full on the palate with champagne like texture. Delicate and assertively complex simultaneously. A triumph.
