COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bubbles + Apples + Wild Yeast photo (16) Named after the ancient Greek goddess of beer, this is an equally divine Belgian-style saison with a copious amount of New Zealand hops, freshly harvested Somerset apple juice and wild yeast added to the mix. However, we like to take things just that bit further (it’s the Wild way!) — once bottled the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation with champagne yeast, giving it a brisk spritziness on the tongue. Serve chilled in a champagne flute to allow the bouquet of playfully aromatic notes to be fully appreciated. Take a sip to enjoy a further cascade of striking and sensuous flavours alongside the carefree champagne-like spritziness. The long, dry finish is both refreshing and complex.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours golden amber, very sweet, a bit too sickly I think.

Hazy pale yellow with a medium sized frothy white head. Aroma is tart citrus, green apples, rosemary, earthy, white pepper and grain. Taste is tart fruity, earthy, light bitter, light sweet. Finish is dry earthy and herbal. Medium bodied, average to high carbonation.

Quite enjoyable. A great medley of flavors. Some Belgian. Some fruit. Sufficient carbonation. Recommended. Quaffable.

Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of candy, yeast, banana, solvent, light yoghurt and a hint of apples. Light bitter flavour, apple sauce, candy and mint. Bitter finish, candy, reminding of a Belgian saison.

75 cl bottle @ wPBF III.
Pours hazy golden color with a large white head. Fruity aroma, some yeasty notes, herbs and some toffee. Nice sweetish fruity flavor with subtle yeast notes, mild spices, wooden notes, some subtle hops on the finish. Quite nice, surprisingly better compared to the Premier Cru .

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, rich lively head. Marzipan and white pepper up front. Mid sweet with medium body and spritzy mouthfeel. Fizzy, fruity, grassy with peppery heated finish. Like really cheap sparkling wine.

75 cl bottle @ wPBF Ⅲ
vertical with basic Ninkasi
Aroma is slightly musty with apricot, some citrus and mellow floury tones. Very foamy palate. Flavour has acidic white wine tones, apricot, tart fruit juice and citrus. Also some alcohol. Too much white wine here for my taste. Grand cru is more mellow and thus better.

A hazed, sunny, canary body sits beneath a tall, consistently textured, frothy white head creating solid lace all around

Aromas and flavors offer assertive, smooth effervescence with creamy-juicy light fruit notes of pear and apple with supporting mineral and spice, green melon and floral notes swirl at the peak, overlooking a solid base of fruit sweetness offering a sense of Chardonnay on a cohesive, silky, mildly lively, medium weight body with tickling carbonation, revealing herbal floral tones, flavors coalesce into a satisfying, complex sweetness, as the drink clears out the carbonation cleans and dries to focus the residual to a tighter expression of previously mentioned components

An obvious sense of Saison style with bigger sweetness inline with a Belgian Golden Strong

12oz bottle branded as the Iduna Cru alias, served at 45º into Orrefors Beer Taster glass
