Aroma: intense sours, yeast, cider, citrus, some flowers. Appearance: dark, hazy gold, small, frothy, white head. Taste: heavy sour. Palate: sours carry on, bitters mingling, citrus fruits. Overall: OK Sour Ale, yet not quite up there with others from Wild Beer, lacks complexity, a bit harsh. Bottle at the Pig near Bath, Hunstrete.

Splendid aroma, high fruitness with esters in the firts line. A bit of grass, rustic notes. Deep amber color, wonderful head. In the mouth the fruits is so present, with apricot and green Apple. Tart sourness with grassy and a lot of spicey, something like pepper. At the end dry finish, with a long duration .Thin body, average to high carbonation. Very good beer, i like it.
