Cerveza de color anaranjado y transparente. Aroma ácido a sidra. Ácida, especiada. Bastante gueze para ser saison. Buena para comenzar.

Bottled, 330ml from Trafalgar Wines, Brighton, E.Sussex. Hazy gold orange with white head. There is quite a yeasty note initially, bread dough then with a slight spicy sourness, some lemon sherbert, some plain grainy malt. Not really sure about this one.

Bottle. Poured a medium rust brown with a white head. Smells bubbly, fizzy and filling. With a sweet taste. In combination I found candy and toffee notes. Good.

Bottle. A murky dark golden beer topped by a bit, off-white head leaving lacings. The aroma is quite fruity and citrusy. Citrus peel mostly, with some pale malts. A touch of booze in the far back. The flavor is a tad too sweet, with citrusy fruityness and some malts and saison yeast. Medium body and a soft carbonation. Short finish with pale malts, canned peaches and some yeast. Nothing impressive going on here. Could perhaps need even more time in the bottle. 140815

Slow gushing..Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, dried fruits, pineapple and hint of wood. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a fruity, slightly dry and bitter finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Veramente un’ottima birra, interessante e complessa. Gusto dominato da unaa leggera acidità che si sposa con la speziatura di inclinazioni floreali, note fruttate, erbacee e una punta legnosa molto suggestiva che ricorda la campagna. Speciale!

Bottle from Fyne Wines, Argyll. Hazy orange-copper colour with little off-white head. Aromas of fresh apricots (distinctive), woody musk and blood oranges. Flavours on the palate are initially very soft, creamy oats, but then a prickly sherbet-like fizz with spicy cardamom flavour takes hold, fading after about 20 seconds with no residual flavours or finish. Almost tastes like a Pale Ale - more nutty woodiness than hop character and very little acidity.

bu11zeye (11942) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 13, 2014
(Draught) Pours a deep amber-orange body with a tall frothy off-white head. Aroma of florals, nuts, vinous, leather, and caramel. Flavor of caramel, toffee, dried dark fruit, dough, and wood with a moderately dry finish.
