Pale blond color. Sweet floral aroma, daisies and May grassfields; light lemon, very light vanilla and talc. The mouthfeel is semi-dry, but soft; the flavor is citrusy, light oranges, with moderate acidity, elegant; the final is original, quite spicy, peppery.
An interesting alternative; well brewed.

75 cL clear bottle. Pours pale yellow, no head. Aroma is smooth honey and floral. Citric, fruity and light floral. Medium dry and floral. Citric and dry finish.

Bottle at jtclockwork’s place for a tasting. Pours a clear gold with no head to speak of. Soft honey, orange blossoms. Medium bodied, sweet honey. Well balanced, soft honey, light warmth on the finish.

Bottle. Pours gold. Nose and taste of honey, florals, tangerine rind, orange skin and vanilla. Medium body. Finishes slightly spicy orange/florals.

Bottle. Pale golden colour. Aroma is alcohol, flower, citrus, honey. Flavour is alcohol, flower, citrus, honey. Ordinary mead.

Bottle. Pours a slightly pale orange. clear and still. The nose is huge citrus oil, tangerine. Acidity is noted. The honey is secondary it seems, but there is a vague floral quality. On tasting, the fruit is dominant, shifting it into a heavy citrusy slant. The honey affords some floral and bitterness. This is semi-sweet at best. Interesting but the fruit well overwhelms the base mead.

Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma has notes of honey, flowers and nuts. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily.
