GirlyBeer (178), Biddeford, Maine, USA Feb 13, 2006 EBF ’06: Very blueberry, almost like drinking just plain blueberry juice. Surprisingly awsome, especaially considering the brewer. Color was a little off for a blueberry beer. I MIGHT actually buy this beer if it comes out on the market.
fizzban (24), whitehouse, New Jersey, USA Dec 27, 2008 This is an amasing fruit beer for the price. I got it for 7:50 a 6 pack and it has a womping 8% abv. Its as good as an italian blueberry beer ive had that was 20 bucks for a .75 liter TheBeerBaron (180), Florida, USA Dec 27, 2008 I poured this beer into a glass and alas its deep purple - I was stunned. The white head faded relatively fast but the lace remains on the glass as you drink. Its hazy so carbonation bubbles cant be seen if they are there. A candy like blueberry aroma so sweet and over the top it reminds me of Bubblelicous or grape nerds. A ton of blueberry Kool Aid must be added to the wort, this is practically soda pop! A slight malt is part of the taste but no hops can compete. This is a pure novelty beer and not one I would choose often, its more for the wine cooler or Zima or Cider crowd. All thats missing is yellow #5. bu11zeye (4066), Frisco, Texas, USA Dec 24, 2008 (12oz bottle, courtesy of Lumpy) Pours a ruby purple body with a small light pink head. Aroma or blueberries and grape juice. Flavor of blueberry kool-aid, alcohol, and light grassy hops. BeerHawk (864), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA Dec 23, 2008 Bottle. Poured reddish purple with a fizzy pink head that settles quickly. Aromas of blueberry, corn, and wheat. The flavor is full of berry that reminded more of a zinfandel wine. Medium body that is sweet yet tart, dry, and a berry and wheat aftertaste. BrandonB (81), Denton, Texas, USA Dec 22, 2008 Bottle. Dark blue/purple with a small head. Surprisingly smooth flavor with a good kick of alcohol. Bubbly and odd with the amounts of blueberry.
