COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not suited for timid or reserved beer drinkers, Wild Blue’s defining taste characteristic is its kick of natural blueberry flavor. The Blue Dawg Brewing team carefully selected a blend of hops and barley malt to ensure they complemented and balanced Wild Blue’s dominant blueberry notes, resulting in a robust and aromatic beer with a refreshing, palate-cleansing finish. Wild Blue is brewed with a blend of German hops from the Hallertau region in Bavaria and classic Aroma hops from the Willamette Valley in the Pacific Northwest. A combination of two- and six-row barley malt also was chosen specifically for this recipe. Beer lovers will appreciate this specialty fruit-infused lager’s striking burgundy color, ripe blueberry aroma and its ability to stand up to the strongest of foods.

When poured it looks like a deep purple wine with a sweet smell of fruits. Tastes of almost a purple pez with zero bitterness. Great beer if your only going to have one or two

Poured from a 12OZ bottle into a red solo cup (classy) Aroma- This is a blueberry brew, very strong aroma. Appearance- uhhmm, purple, very purple with no head Taste- I was pretty floored by the flavor, very enjoyable. Has a pretty high alcohol content that is hidden in the berry flavor. Palate- A medium bodied brew with heavy carbonation and a real crisp feel. Overall- I enjoyed this beer and I had several sitting by the pool. I recommend this for a summer outing.

355ml teist off. Berry-hued body, purpleish head. Extremely medicinal and sweet blueberry flavor, some metallic notes, poor.

Bottle at home. Pours purple with a foamy purple head. Aroma is sweet blueberries. Flavor is sweet blueberries with some hop bitterness. This is more like blueberry juice with hops than any kind of beer with blueberries. Yuck ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Despite the hating here, this was tasty as heck. Pours _blue_ with a finger of _blue_ head, which both retains and laces. Aroma is blueberry. Taste is blueberry. Lack of booziness at 8% is fantastic and sweetness is nice. Girly or not, this stuff is fantastic.

Pours a reddish purple with a thick pinkish color head. Aroma of blueberries, and slight booze. Light body that was slick on the palate, but had a bland finish like watered down juice. Flavor’s of blueberries, spices, and slight booze.

The after taste? My mouth feels and tastes like a car tunnel would. This beer is horrible. I wondered why... I know, it’s an Anhauser Busch product.

Boozy blueberry aroma. Actually pretty nice, and you can smell it even from a distance. Makes sections of a room smell of blueberries. Flavor is where it goes downhill. You get a hint of blueberry, some booze, and then almost nothing. Aftertaste is almost non-existent, except some slight medicinal Nyquil residue. Blecch. Drinkable and okay at first, but wash out your mouth afterward. Where are the Hallertau and Wilamette hops?

First off, if I knew this was an Anheuser-Busch product I wouldn’t have bought it. Pours a reddish purple not unlike grape soda no head. Has a blueberry lager smell, there’s hope. Taste isn’t bad, just a flat blueberry flavor. At least its 8% abv. Overall it’s better than expected I’ll see if I can get the whole 6pk down.
