CALORIES: 180 ABV: 6% COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION An ancient, traditional German ale, the light copper-colored beer starts medium-bodied with little hop character but ample bitterness. Crisp and clean throughout, the beer ferments cold and conditions for more than three weeks to assure the bright, trim flavor required by the style. The generous addition of Munich, Kilned Amber, Belgian Special B and Aromatic Malts contributes to a semi-sweet, polished ale.
