I had this beer on tap at the sampling at the brewery in Frederick, it was a nice spell from the heavier beers. The aroma was pleasant, but not overwhelming; a mixture of some subtle caramel malt, but also a grainy hops presence, and light citrus. A clear medium-gold color, with an average-sized, foamy white head. Good flavor, not too overly sweet, with some bitter-sour effects for balance. Fairly light and smooth on the palate, with average-low carbonation, and mostly wet. It was a quality beer, and fit its profile well.
