Medium rich floral hop front with slight earthiness and malty accents. Rich texture to sweet malty bisquity pale malt body. Smooth spicy hop end. Well balanced. Rich malt. Sampled 12/24/2000.

(4.0 / 5.0) IPA--Beer of the Month Club Selection July, 2007--Thin, thin lace off white head. Sediment dust. Rich pretty bright amber orange cold hazed color. Floral English hop malty fruit ester hint front. Cloying mellow sweet mild crusty bisquity doughy caramel fruit hint body. Dry mild citrus crisp hop end. Sampled 1/19/2010. Aged well.
