Ungstrup (14758), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 8, 2006 An orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes being light apricot. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of apricot, leading to a bitter end. An OK beer - but I find it more spiced than IPA-like. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Name: IPA

argo0 (6861), Washington DC, USA May 13, 2002 I used to like this beer, but hadn’t had it in a few years. I’m hoping the beer I just tried was abused, because otherwise they’ve fallen a long way. The taste was sour hoppy, and the aroma was awful -- i smelled something akin to urine. I want to give it another try, but I’m not sure I can bring myself to do it. hopscotch (5441), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Oct 22, 2002 Updated: Apr 13, 2004Re-rate... my first rating sucked...
Crystal clear, yellow ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Sparce lacing. The nose is yeasty with notes of corn, butterscotch and sweat. The flavor is bitter-sweet. Orange blossom honey, alcohol and grapefruit. Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Lengthy, bitter-sweet finish with some grassy and corny notes at the wee end.
CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Mar 20, 2007 Pours a clear copper orange with a spotty-lacing frothy white head. Aroma of sweet earthy caramel malt with a touch of mild piny hops. Fairly full body starts faintly sweet with a touch of adjuncts and a drier bitter finish, but not much flavoring hops. This one’s off a bit, but could be good with some recipe tweaks. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jun 30, 2005 on tap-pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Hoppy aroma. Good taste. This is a good middle of class IPA, quite enjoyable. Cletus (5002), Connecticut, USA Mar 6, 2006 Pours copper with a foamy but dissipating white head. Smells of citrus and soap. Tastes oramgey. Reminded me of Lysol. mj (4975), Colorado, USA Aug 22, 2006 Bottle. Clear amber color. Crisp flavors up front, slightly grassy, overall very light for IPA, but it doesn’t have any defects that I can find. Oily and syrupy hops are present, reminds me of SNPA actually, with some light pine and sap flavors. Light and sweet hop and wheat flavors, drinkable and tasty, but not a world class IPA... in fact it’s almost right between APA and IPA in my opinion.
