Aug 27, 2007 Light amber in color with thin head. Mild hop aroma. Flavor leaned more on the caramel malt than on the grassy hops. A decent brew, but not a great IPA.

Nov 25, 2007 12 oz. bottle from mj. Pour is a slightly cloudy amber with a 1 inch somewhat off white head. Aroma is initially sweet biscuit malt with some lemony citrus hops. Taste mirrors the nose, and is a nice balance between the slightly sweet malt and citrusy hops. Finish reveals a touch of grapefruit peel, and was the least pleasant part of the beer. Overall, a nice sessionable IPA. Thanks Mike!

Dec 31, 2007 Pours and orange amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is of grainy malts with a tiny bit of hops. Taste is malty and hoppy, not too bad.

Jan 8, 2009 Cloudy amber pour. Small white head. Aroma is sweet and some sweet hops. Flavor is malty and very flavorful with not enough hops to please the true IPA lovers. Not a bad beer at all.

Aroma: Not too strong, mostly hops and earth, a little lemon
Appearance: Orange/amber color, light and clear, small white head
Flavor: Decent hop flavor, with some citrus sweetness
Palate: OK mouthfeel, lightish body
Overall Impression:
An overall drinkable and average IPA. I liked it, but in a style this good you need to something special to make a beer standout, and this one doesn’t have that.

Jan 3, 2007 The goose is loose! This beer isn’t too bad actually. Hazy burt orange with a small head. Doesn’t look so apetizing. However, a healthy citrus and floral aroma picks up the slack. Pretty bitter, somewhat thin body with lots of hop flavor. I probably wouldn’t start buying it by the 6 pack but better than its 12.3 style % rating.

Mar 4, 2006 There is no I in this IPA but that does not make it a bad beer. We had it with some spicy chili and it stood up well. This beer is a little on the sweet side.
if you want a hop bomb look elsewhere. Nice color (light amber) and fairly robust. Aromas of fruit and flavors of citrus as well.

Oct 3, 2006 Bottle sampled from a card game with Stegosaurus. Pours amber/gold with a white head. Aroma of hops and fruit. The flavor is mildly bitter, citrus, and fruit. Good beer.
