Bottle. Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a white medium-sized head. Aromas of grapefruit, brown sugar, and molasses. Full body, creamy texture, with a wonderfully slick finish. Taste is very smooth with a brown sugar aftertaste, then a hint of roasted malt to finish. Very good beer.

Pours a dark brown. Light head. Aroma is slightly sweet. Slightly bitter. Nothing too special here. Flavor...hmm. Malty, but bitter. Nice cascade flavor. Roasty, but with good hoppiness to balance. Not bad. Not amazing though.

Bottle Dark amber pour with small head. Earthy aroma and flavor with a bit more hoppiness and warmingness in the flavor. Pretty decent.

Pours a clear ruby brown in color. A nice frothy off white head forms on the pour. Smell is malt, some light spice and some light fruit. Taste is a bit smokey and some light fruit. A little thin on the mouthfeel, but very easy drinking. Not near overly complex and not enough going on to warrant a return visit.

Strong brown ale, with a dark tan head, this one is introduced by the aroma of toasted hops and a little anise, with flavors that are warm, with a little malt sweetness and distant notes of herbal spices.

Clear mahogany in colour, lingering but thin beige coloured head, patchy lacing. The aroma is of red liquorice, quite sweet with some nail polish remover. The liquorice continues in the flavour along with a sugary sweetness, light spice and perfume. Sweet mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium carbonation. Finishes sweet, quick.

This one was weird. Didn’t really care for the liquorice or the nail polish remover. Never got into this one.

355ml bottle shared by mds, thanks Mike.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Coldbrewky. Pours a light brown caramel color. I was a little sloppy with my pour & ended up with a huge angry head. Malty nose with some floral hop. Mildly carbonated with a bit of body to it. Flavor was malty with mild spice. A little bit of hop background.
