We brew our Strong Golden Ale all-grain, giving it a deep and complex taste.

Belgian aromatic malts add hints of dried fruit, while generous Noble and West Coast hops deliver an earthy spiciness. It finishes semi-dry with lingering tropical fruits and spicy notes from Belgian yeast.

Suggested food pairings: Roasted chicken, grilled pork chops, salmon, Portobello mushrooms, Gouda or Gruyere cheese.

Note: Formerly contract brewed at Thomas Creek.

Golden to light amber color with a large white head. Aroma is earthy with some cloves. Flavor is lightly spiced with cloves, somewhat floral. Very light banana also present. Well done, light Belgian style ale, glad these guys started up in Atlanta.

On draft. Pours golden with a long, lingering, and foamy white head. Nose is candied sugar, bread, and a touch of hops. Flavor is similar but a bit drier with a smooth finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Good stuff.

12oz bottle, purchased from Habersham in Savannah on 2/23/15. Bottle foams a bit slowly upon opening, I poured it before any went over the top. Hazy orange color in the glass, with a bigger off-white head, that leaves thick lace. Seems a touch infected up front, touch of brett I think in the nose. Kind of musty. Bit strongly carbonated, strong soft carbonation. Bigger body, lightly slick, then dry finish. Off-flavor up front is less noticeable after a few sips. Some citrus, dried mild spice, peppery, belgian yeast type flavor. Belgian type malt. Moderate to bigger sweet taste, light spicy, just a touch of warmth. Mildly tart. Past the off front-part, it ended up being ok between bites of pizza, but pretty rough on itís own, difficult to finish. Chalky dry finish. Seeing the burnt grain and corn that brokensail mentioned. I wonder how long this has been sitting on the shelf for.

Cask with cranberries, ginger, and cinnamon sampled at ACAT 2015. Big on the Belgian esters, spicy and floral wroth nice earth tone back end. The extra ingredients were slightly muted, but Iím ok with that. Booze is well hidden, another solid beer from wild heaven.

Very nicely done. Not a far cry off delerium tremens. Pours blonde with good head and lacing. Floral yeast, some safe or thyme or something and clove. Light sweet finish, with light touch of booze. Bottle at the old pink house in Savannah.

Thanks Hoff! Pours like an Orval. Lots of carbonation, thick head, and cloudy light brown color. Aroma is heavy on the bready yeast smell. Some leather, and wet wood as well. Taste is light sweet malts, breads, and muted fruit. Dry, tart finish, that warms the belly. Overall, not a bad beer. Enjoyed.

12 oz bottle courtesy of secret santa. Thanks. Pours a cloudy yellow-amber color with a monster sized foamy white head that has great retention and crazy lacing. The aroma is dominated by Belgian yeasts, white fruits, candy and straw. The taste is mild with straw, yeast and a bit of sour grapefruit. The palate is light but effective and the carbonation is lively. Finishes long, a touch sweet and dry. Overall: A bit frustrating to drink because I had to let the brew sit for ten minutes while I waited for the head to recede to a drinkable level.
