Draft @ Avellino’s Pizza, Decatur, GA. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

12oz bottle-trade with decaturstevo-pours amber with an offwhite head. Aroma is spice/herbal, yeast, 2nd light/medium malt. Taste is spice/herbal hops, clove, yeast, 2nd light/medium malt.

Bottle. Hazy golden amber color, medium white head. Aroma of biscuit, summer fruit. Taste is peppery straw. Not bad.

Bottle courtesy of Craftbeerdesign (thanks Geoff) poured a hazy tarnished gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of straw biscuit, pineapple and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness and lighjt spoice with a crisp dry lingering earthy finish.

Tap at The Nook. Pours clear amber with a large, frothy cream colored head, long retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie, caramel, hay, straw, toasted), light hops (floral, herbal), and average esters (apple/pear) with notes of alcohol, bubble gum, clove, plum, honey, and coriander. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation, low creaminess with a dry finish.

A: The beer pours a clear orange color with a big off-white head. S: God this is bad. Pepper, ass, and burnt grain up front. Then, an intense earthiness comes through as does the very distinct smell of a wastewater treatment plant. Maybe some crappy veggie dogs in there too. T: Toasted malt and a hint of toffee sweetness. There’s a cooked corn smell, veggie dogs, and even a slightly salty note. Earthy and pepper notes to the flavor also. Just bad. M: Medium in body with a medium carbonation. O: This was truly terrible.

Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a tall, sticky white head. The aroma picked up very sweet banana and cloves paired with other white spices and a kiss of warmth.. not overly complex, but enjoyable. The flavor found honey, light fruits, and a pinch of molasses at the core, with white pepper, cloves, and coriander laced throughout.. filling carbonation, peppery spicage, and a sharp, metallic hit on the long, warm finish. Medium-bodied on the palate, but it felt thicker at times due to heavy carbonation.. lots of residual spicage on the finish.. OK overall.

Bottle pours gold with white head. The aroma has bold sharp pear to cherry estery notes and booze. The taste is pretty sweet and fruity with estery notes like apples and pears to go along with sharp yeasty notes and spicy to floral hops.
