3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 4 pack. A bit $ for a local beer in a can. $9. Donít know what it looked like since it was drained out of said can. Brought to a party where a couple other guys also enjoyed. Medium pin resin/hops all around. Went down easy. Maybe the malt likka of IIPAís. Solid enough , just drop the damn price.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had this one straight out of the can. Potent aroma, even without a pour. Hoppy, piney, sweet. Medium body with a silky and sweet mouthfeel. Hoppy finish. Pretty strong.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 Oz can. Hazy orange with a thick, off-white head. Hop dominant aromas of orange and resin, some barnyard funk. Flavor is malty sweet up front, but then lots of hops. Transitions to long, very bitter linger. Full body with a thick mouthfeel and average carbonation. Overall, not so well-balanced, and hop character, while very present, does not have many distinctive features.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Decently delicious IIPA. Nothing that blew me away, though. Sampled a snifter of this at the Park Tavern in Rosemont, IL. Full bodied and thick. Definitely on the malty side in the flavors. I did get a deliciously dry and hoppy flavor profile, along with some fruity hoppiness in the finish. Grapefruit and orange also showed up in the body.

12oz can. Pours a hazy orange/ amber, with an off white head that leaves light lacing. Has a pine, fruit, and floral aroma. There was a citrus, orange, caramel, resinous hops, and pine taste. Medium body that was sweet with a bitter finish that stuck around. Overall, not to bad.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from the can into my dadís antique 7oz. Old Style glass he stole from a local gin mill back in the day. Finished 5 of these bad boys in an hour, and have already alerted my bail bondsman on twitter to let him know there might be action tonight. This is a good looking, good tasting glass of beer, all the food groups are represented: hops, malt, fruit, alcohol, and slayer. Who could ask for anything more?!..

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Fairly murky orange/amber pour with an eggshell head that leaves a little lace. I get a lot of candied tropical fruit on the nose with some resin and a little caramel but itís all fairly subdued. More alive on the palate but the caramel has an offputting graininess to it and the fruit seems tired somehow. This can may be a little old.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz can. Pours a dark cloudy amber with a medium beige lasting head, some lacing. Aroma and taste is sweet caramel malt, pine citrus hops, some notes of orange, yeast moderate hops bitterness. Palate is a medium to full, moderate on the carbonation, a mild smoothness. Finish is sweet caramel malt, some citrus orange tones with moderates bitterness on the end. Has a good caramel malt background. A flavorfully good drinking, nice.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: The body is a murky chestnut with slightly red edges through it, an amber ale in appearance. The head is frothy and dense with a tan hue.
Aroma: The aroma is certainly hoppy, slightly piney and citrusy with some resinous qualities. The malt base shows also adding some sweetness in the way of caramel and slight toastiness and some fruity esters.
Taste: The flavor is an enjoyable moderately to aggressively bitter flavor of pine with some spiciness. Slightly fruity sweetness from the hops comes through giving orange flavors. The malt base is matching the bitterness almost providing a caramel and nutty base thatís soft and pleasant. The beer is very soft, but in a good way. The flavors weave in and out.
Palate: Soft and full bodied.
Overall: Iím not in love with this, but itís a competent imperial IPA. I enjoy this more than my rating indicates. It doesnít perform well under scrutiny, but it drinks nicely and would make a great campfire beer for late at night if youíre not driving.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Picked up a can while visiting Philly. Pours hazy dark orange with white head. Nose is citrus, caramel. Flavor follows with some spice, and a bitter finish. Not a great example of a DIPA; not balanced.
