12oz can-thin lt tan-hazy dk amber. A-resin/herbal, med malt-cereal. T-initially not good, after being in the pint glass a bit: herbal/floral/orange hops, med malt-cereal/caramel. Enjoyable but not my style of hops.

Very good drinking DIPA, with smooth understated carbonation, much citrus flavour. Golden colour. Hops like a 1.5 ipa than a dipa. The citrus is in the nose.

Very cloudy amber pour. The aroma is quite hoppy and resinous but also has a lot of malt flavour/character as well. A little bit of fruitiness and some lingering resinousness as well. There is a bit of citrus and some fruit flavour as well. A touch of lingering sweetness on the back. It’s okay - but it’s not quite punchy enough.

Can. Appearance: Turbid, very opaque orangu copper colored with fluffy, uniform 3-finger off-white head. Nose: Delicious, this aroma is juicy and wet, super hoppy, with big tropical fruit, tangerine, mango, pineapple, piney hops, black pepper, mild funk. Wonderful aroma. Taste: Earthy, slightly funky caramel malt, resiny hops, tropical fruit, semi-sweet. Palate: Fairly dense, high level of complexity, very fresh and juicy and flavorful. I love these Onion beers, and I love seeing great beers continue to pour out of cans.

Canned. Poured clear, lighter orange with a short, dense off-white head. The aroma picked up a heavy blend of oranges and floral notes with lesser honey.. warm and a bit muddled, but no real complaints. The flavor found sweet biscuit and lesser fruity notes at the core, with spicy pine, black pepper, and orange zesty bitterness around.. some fusel alcohols on the back and through the finish. Medium-bodied with low-moderate carbonation on the palate.. OK feel and flow.. not a great DIPA, but certainly drinkable.
