A uniquely satisfying ale, brewed exclusively with Canadian 2-Row Pale malt and Cenntenial hops. The use of only two ingredients highlights the fruity/citrus-like character of the Cenntenial hop, one of our favorite varieties from the Pacific Northwest.

Can. Nose pretty passable as sweet with light malt, not really grainy, touch floral; pours hazy golden with a short but dense and soapy white head. Taste semi-sweet and yeasty with grainy pale malt and sort of a golden overclock -- the hops aren’t too much (really pretty laid back), but everything else is in-your-face. Medium-full body, smooth, forgettable.

Light citrus hop aroma. Yellow appearance with a white head with below avg. head retention. Malt flavor is light with bread notes. Citrus hops flavor is medium. Initially sweet, but the hops help dry it out. Body is thin and carbonation is medium low. Overall the beer has a citrus note, but is too light in body even for a blond ale. Carbonation levels should also be increased. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had this with my Dad in the Hyatt in Chicago. It was really not very good. A bad cardboard flavor in the finish, thin body, nothing to speak of here.

Hazy gold/orange color with tan head. Notes of citrus, medium bitterness. Weird aftertaste, but still drinkable.

12oz can. Pours a hazy pale yellow blonde with a medium white lasting head. Notes of citrus fruit, wheat, pale malt a mild hops bitterness, lemon grass Aroma and taste. A medium body with moderate carbonation, light crisp mouth feel. Finishes with a pale malt, grass, citrus fruit notes with mild hops bitterness. Overall not bad for the style, a good session brew.

Can. Slightly hazy yellow-gold pour with a large white head. Grapefruit and earthiness on the nose. Clean crisp palate. I’m picking up a bit of veggie soup in the taste, some spice, but overall not bad.

Hazy, yellow-orange pour with a frothy, white head. The aroma has a nice mix of grapefruit and orange. It has a medium body with smooth texture and average carbonation. The taste is bittersweet with a slightly sweeter, quick finish.

Tasty beer. Draft pour at Cody's. Wheat and hoppy. Not the bad way. Very good for this style

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrus hops, with a little but of grass, and a thin bready backbone. Taste is slightly hoppy. Not very bitter. Light hops balanced with light maltiness. Not very exciting but perfectly drinkable.

Wild Onion calls this a blonde but I call it an American pale ale. It is golden orange, very hazy and has a thick, long lasting head of fine bubbles. This is a pretty mild beer but still nice and flavorful. The focus is on hops: in this case they are citric with a lavender underpinning. Being rather dry, this is a very drinkable beer complimented by medium fine carbonation and firm bitterness in the finish. This is definitely one of the breweries best.
