Chicken soup amber with a medium beige rocky top that fades away rapidly. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and malt. Taste is very spicy with allspice, nutmeg, malt and a hint of pumpkin on the finish. A tad fizzy on the body.

Out of all the pumkin ales Iíve drunk, this one really makes me think that someone placed a slice of pumpkin pie in a blender, added some alcohol and served it. Nice, Bold,Aroma of pumpkin pie, bread and cinnamon. Taste is real pumpkin, not some synthetic pumpkin tasting chemical. Taste matches aroma. Not bad at all.

Can. Pours copper orange with a thin white head. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Flavor was pumpkin pie, nutmeg, cinnamon, a hint of brown sugar and had a nice and spicy finish.

12 oz can from the Bluedog Lansdale Wealth of Riches event. Poured a dense apple cider brown body with some visible floaties underneath an averge sized foamy off white head. Aroma of wet pupkin bread, cinnamon and nutmeg spice, earthy. Medium to fuller bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering slight spice flavor. Flavor is more spice forward then the aroma and the pumpkin is lacking, dry old toast also. Maybe I shouldnít rate pumpkin beers in December but overall a solid beer.

Clear orange copper color with an aroma of allspice, nutmeg, graham cracker and pumpkin. What an amazing flavor! Allspice, nutmeg, pumpkin, graham cracker. So well-balanced. Easily one of the best pumpkin ales Iíve had.

Purchased at Armanettiís in Chicago, IL; enjoyed after a long Tuesday at work and the first workout Iíve done in over a month. Time to put those calories back on! Appearance is a really vibrant ruby orange with a rich off-white head, tiny carbonation bubbles rising to the top, looks fantastic. Aroma of equal parts bready malt and sweet pumpkin, this may sound odd but this combination makes it smell like I just walked past a Burger King. That is why this gets a perfect 10 for aroma. Other brewers reading this - let it be known that if you make your beer smell like Burger King, people will like it a lot. Taste is very very good, wow, this is a great pumpkin ale! Flavors of pumpkin pie, cinnamon, brown sugar, and it becomes balanced in the end with a crispness and very slight bitterness that reminds you youíre not drinking pumpkin pie mash. Hatís off to these guys, first brew Iíve had from this small northern Chicago brewery, and itís a great one! Itís just one slight tick below Southern Tierís Pumking.

Can from Epps. Pours turbid pumpkin orange with 1-finger uniform sticky white head. Looks great. Smells of pumpkin spice, pimpkin puree, Graham cracker crust. Smells great too. Tastes rich, with a great pumpkin and pie crusty flavor. Good complexity, and one of the best and most complex pumpkin ales I have ever quaffed.

Light amber color with a barely existant white head. Spicy aroma, mainly nutmeg. Tastes artificial. Pretty dry palate from all the spices.
