Pours copper with a nearly nonexistent white head that leaves very little lacing. The aroma is somewhat sweet and full of spices. The taste is relatively smooth but excessively heavy on the cinnamon. Unfortunately i don’t get a lot of pumpkin but it is rather unique. It’s somewhat acidic upfront but the finish leaves some nice spicy flavor that lingers on the tongue. Interesting, if not good.

Can, pours an orange amber with dct sized head that didnt last. Not much lacing. Aromas of pumpkin spice, and nutmeg. Taste is fine up front with a light pumpkin breadiness with vanilla, and toasty malts. However, it finished weak and was way too light bodied/watery for a pumpkin ale. Cool can but the beer wasnt great.

12oz bottle courtesy of Brian. Murky orange-red, big frothy off-white head. Pronounced cinnamon, pumpkin spice aroma. Medium bodied, holds up pretty well despite being a few months past its prime. Clovy and spicy. Pretty decent offering.

Chicken soup amber with a medium beige rocky top that fades away rapidly. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and malt. Taste is very spicy with allspice, nutmeg, malt and a hint of pumpkin on the finish. A tad fizzy on the body.

Out of all the pumkin ales I’ve drunk, this one really makes me think that someone placed a slice of pumpkin pie in a blender, added some alcohol and served it. Nice, Bold,Aroma of pumpkin pie, bread and cinnamon. Taste is real pumpkin, not some synthetic pumpkin tasting chemical. Taste matches aroma. Not bad at all.

Can. Pours copper orange with a thin white head. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Flavor was pumpkin pie, nutmeg, cinnamon, a hint of brown sugar and had a nice and spicy finish.

12 oz can from the Bluedog Lansdale Wealth of Riches event. Poured a dense apple cider brown body with some visible floaties underneath an averge sized foamy off white head. Aroma of wet pupkin bread, cinnamon and nutmeg spice, earthy. Medium to fuller bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering slight spice flavor. Flavor is more spice forward then the aroma and the pumpkin is lacking, dry old toast also. Maybe I shouldn’t rate pumpkin beers in December but overall a solid beer.

On draft at iron abbey. Aroma and taste ate of pumpkin pie. One of the best I’ve had. I like to drink a pumpkin pie.
