bu11zeye (11760) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 19, 2012
(12oz bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a clear ruby body with a small pinkish white head. Aroma of raspberry snow cone syrup. Flavor of raspberry candy. Pure sugar. If you want your beer to actually taste like liquid candy this is your beer.

bhensonb (10348) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 24, 2012
Can’t recall where this bottle came from. Pours rather cherry pink with a creamy pink head. Aroma is quite fresh raspberry. Med body more or less. Something goes wrong with the fluid. That nice aroma is replaced by some kind of roasted malt lager. The raspberry is just muddled by that. Not as nasty as Pink Killer, but it certainly belongs in that category.

BeerandBlues2 (9081) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear ruby with a medium, fizzy pink head, medium retention with short retention with light lacing. Aroma is raspberry, corn and pils malt with light skunk. Flavor is raspberry, sugar, corn, spicy alcohol and a sweet finish. Medium-light body, medium carbonation.

Drake (7945) - Free Union, Virginia, USA - JAN 2, 2013
12 ounce bottle from Wegman’s Leesburg. This kinda scares me. Pours a sickly pink color with a large fizzy pink head. Below average head retention. Aroma of tart raspberries and absolutely nothing else. The taste is sweet raspberries. Nothing else. Sickly sweet. They say there’s spice in here, but I’m not buying it. Dreck, this is. And I’ve got Wild Black on deck. Yippee! Not.

DocLock (7502) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 29, 2012
Bottle, and another InBev rating to get me further ahead of Porter Pounder. Hooray! Pours turbid magenta with 2-finger frothy pink head. Nose is raspberry Jolly Ranchers, some earthy and hop notes. Tastes very sweet, fruity, with a sweet raspberry flavor predominating.

Bottle. Raspberry and light malt aroma. Hazy ruby red with moderate head. Sweet raspberry and bitter alcohol flavor. A perfect beer for rating #5150.

4/27/12. 12oz bottle. Hazy red pour with a small khaki head that fades fast. Huge sweet, fake raspberry aroma. Similarly fake and sweet flavor, but even sweeter. Eh.

BVery (5616) - Burnsville, Minnesota, USA - SEP 4, 2012
Bottle. Reddish purple pour with a pink head. Kind of artificial everything - sweet raspberry dominates. That said - not terrible. It’s kind of tasty, if you are in the mood.

   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 2/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 11/20
Braudog (5489) - Hampton, Virginia, USA - MAY 7, 2012
Bottle. Pours fire engine red with virtually no head. This has a fruit juice aroma, and drinks with a distinct raspberry extract sweetness. At first I wouldn’t be apt to think this 8%, but the viscosity comes on as you go. Actually not disgusting, and a cheaper alternative for those whose friends will only drink framboise.
