On tap at the brewpub in Grants Pass OR. High ABV seems apparent from the taste and warm feel. Pour was clear dark, red-amber with little visible carbonation, a decent head and minimal lacing.. Aroma: appropriate strong hop aroma is both fruity and herbal. Flavor: brandied bread; a bit too bitter dispite an apparent (color) bit of darker sweet malts Alcohol esters. Feel: low-medium carbonation seems too low; a medium body. Some warming. O: a boozy, bitter, herbal IPA.

IBU 70. Golden in color. Had it in a frosty mug. No head at all. Aroma isn't very powerful, but the flavor is solid. Hoppy and refreshing. Pleasant aftertaste. A solid IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good but not spectacular IPA. Deep copper color. Strongly malt-forward, which is very nice, and bitterness asserts itself at the back end quite nicely as well. This is a solid B/B- IPA -- what's missing are some hop notes of pine, citrus, and/or resin. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle from the brewery in Grants Pass - Aromas of cherries and brown sugar. Very sweet for an IPA. Good, but it’s a bit too sweet for my palate.

12oz bottle provided by Mike and Janet, friends of H24, thanks guys. Rating #24. Dark gold with a nice little white head. Juicy citrus aroma with some light pine, very nice. Nice hop bite, soft palate, more pine and a nice lingering bitterness on the tongue, good stuff. (1306)

Clear orange-brown wit a white head. Aroma of apricot, pine, and almond. Flavor is crisp and moderately bitter, more fruit and nuttiness coming through in the finish. A good IPA all around, and with a slightly different fruit profile than most California IPAs.

Sweet and fruity aroma. Caramel and toasted malt notes with fruity and floral hops. Peachy, apricot notes. Pours amber, good clarity and head retention Fruity, caramel, peach, apricot, pine, earth. Floral piney bitterness with a light hint of garlic. Lingering pine resiny notes, but fruity flavors linger as well. Solid drinkability with nice hop flavors. Enjoyable.

Really nice hop aroma. This has a light hop flavor at the tip but quite a bit of bitterness later. I found this quite nice.

Draft @ Wild River Brewing and Pizza Company, Medford, OR. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Slightly sweetish malty bitter hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a long malty bitter hoppy finish with hints of grapefruit in the aftertaste.
