Had on tap at brewery as well as in bottle. Overall, pour is bright orange/gold colour with a thin off white head. Interesting aroma of cream and fruits. Overall taste is somewhat hoppy and fruity malts. This isnt exactly a true bitter, but its still a pretty good beer.

Sampled at brewery. Pours a golden yellow/orange with a tiny gray-ish head. Aroma has a lot of fresh red berries. Almost smells creamy. Tastes like fresh strawberries, very creamy mouth feel. Some malt. Would peg this as a red, but not an English bitter. Brewer tells us it’s 4.1% ABV. Coming into production spring 2009. Great session beer.

Golden color; creamy head. The aroma is light, with light cheesy touch. Good caramel flavor and quite high bitterness. Pleasant.

2008-07-27, draught at Ship and Anchor, Calgary, 6-3-6-2-11=28
Deep blond color. Strange Amber beer, with a very light cookie aroma, dry mouthfeel, chocolate flavor (really?). Correct bitterness.

(Draught) Sampled on February 10, 2008, at the brewpub. Thin, quick dissipating white head with a golden body. A very mellow session beer. Little hops, nice oily malt but too weak and thin.

[793-20071102] Tap @ Wild Rose (Calgary, AB). Aroma hints at wheat. Clear, orange brown body with a long-lasting off-white head. Floral sweet initially, flavour is later a bit sour. Medium body. Interesting at first.

Draft at the brewpub. Golden yellow body with a small white head. Lightly floral, mild hops in both the aroma and flavour. Light bitterness to the flavour and mild pale malts. Smooth, average palate. 6/3/6/3/13

Draft pint at the brewery taproom; light amber with a very thin wisp of a head. Nice "beery" aroma ... don’t know how to describe it exactly ... I guess "casually malty". Very smooth and lightly hopped, but this is a sessionable goodie if there ever was one. Light bodied, but no shortage of flavor. Excellent!! (#2871, 5/13/2007)

On-tap at the brewery. Quite blond, some lace on yellow. Disapointing after hearing much about its bitterness. There was a bit of it, more in the finish, but this is mediocre bitterness compared to the ESBs I have had. Light mouthfeel. Above average carbonation.

Light amber colour. Light caramel body with hints of English hops. Fairly bland. Kind of a doughy yeast note in there, too. Drinkable, anyway.
