33 cl bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada. Slightly hazy pale gold. Thin head. Musty aroma, not much else going on. Sweet muted flavour, a slight tingle of hops at the finish. Pretty bland.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sample at Picaroon's Brewer's Bash. Light citrus and wheat. Clean, no aftertaste. Light body. Not sure how a crisp summer wheat is "velvet fog", but either way it is very lagerboy friendly.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Another not so great beer from the fine people at Wild Rose in Calgary. A hazy golden pour with a medium sized snow white cap. There was a modest wheat aroma backed up by a few hops. The taste was rather bland. Not as sweet as a German wheat, and not as refreshing as a Belgian wit.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy golden with a thin white head. Some light spice aroma an a little yeast. Taste is faint yeast with some light witbier character. Light bodied, easy drinker. Not offensive, jut not exciting.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin white cap. Aroma is wheat, yeast, and sweet orange. Flavour is lightly spicy, orange, mildly bitter, yeast and wheat. Easy drinking beer for a hot summer day(maybe I?m saying that because it?s 20+ degrees and I just got off work...).

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear, light golden color with a very low white head. Aroma has a lot of wheat malt present in it with a light orange. Flavor has a slightly sour wheat flavor with a touch of orange and then a light metallic touch at the very end. Body is light with very fine carbonation. Blah, not a fan of this beer as it seems to be missing something to really tie everything together.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a murky golden straw color with a white hat that leaves some sticky lace. Aroma of sweet orange citrus, wheat & yeast. Taste is much of the same with less sweetness and just over ripened orange with wheat & yeast. Good carbonation but a bit thin overall.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
341ml bottle pours a hazy golden color with a small white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild cereal grains with some yeast and citrus. Taste is a light malty sweetness with some yeast and a mild citrusy hop bitterness in the finish. Light bodied with some decent carbonation. A decent wheat ale but there are many better ones out there to be sampled.
