Bottle - Pours out ruby tinted light but clear of yeast. (I was hoping for a turbid cloudy yeast filled stew) With a light pinky white head. Raspberries and wheat malt aroma. Flavor of wheat and raspberry with a tiny bit sweetness Needs a bit of acidity or a bit of sourness and a bit more raspberry kick. Also they need to not filter all the yeast out. They should take their velvet fog recipe and add some sour profile raspberries.

Clear yellow with a white foamy head. Smells strongly of raspberries. Tastes strongly of raspberry as well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a slightly hazy orange gold with a short white head diminishing quickly to a thin skim and spotty lacing. Nose is sweet raspberry and faint biscuit malt, with just a hint of funk as the bottle progresses. Taste follows suit, leading out sweet, with no hop presence. Mouth feel tends to the watery side, with low carbonation. I only bought this because it was both a local brewery, and on the discount shelf. It’s a good thing I didn’t have high hopes, because they’d’ve been dashed. It’s not bad, as such, but it doesn’t have a lot of character. The fruit doesn’t taste artificial, and there’s even a little funk, but some hop presence would’ve been nice. Not bad, but not all that interesting.

341 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber colour with a small white head. Raspberry aroma. Sweet flavour is raspberry with a faintly bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Not bad for a fruit beer.

On tap at Wild Rose, pours brings out nasty artificial berries on top of chemical detergent notes. Flavour brings out faded artificial berries that thankfully mask shitty chemical notes. Man, this is really bad - what were they going for here?!

Better than most fruit beers, the raspberry is a nice accent to this beer and really compliments the nose. Nothing super special. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The only aroma this fruit beer leaves is a tart raspberry smell. Pinkish hue beer with a 2 finger head. Taste is impeccable (if you like raspberrys) with a light malty finish. My friends and I love this underrated beer.

Wow. Lame. Drank from the bottle. Aroma of light lager with a very mild fruit aroma. Taste is watery, slight hint of fruit. Not worth the effort. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33 cl bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada. Pale pink hued wheat colour. Raspberry and basementy aroma. Mild flavour, not overly sweet, then a tartness on the finish.

Sample at the Picaroons Brewers Bash. Off pink colour. Had a really nice raspberry aroma, but the taste didn't hold up. A summer novelty at best. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
