Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and finely crisp. Thin dry malts. Dry pith that is pretty bitter. Dry finish. Pithy bitter linger. Too dry and bitter.

Copper, clear, thin white head, touch of lacing
Aroma of soft citrus, some grapefruit, getting quite a lot of gooseberry
Taste of gooseberry fruit skin, grapefruit, some bitter zest, light caramel with some soft roasted malts, dab of twiggy hop in there. A lot of that bitter gooseberry
Palate - Medium light body, bitter. Finish as main flavour, bitter gooseberry linger
Overall - Bit over bitter, ok

had this on tap from the queens head near kings cross a nice beer nice hop flavours with a good bitter finish wouldn’t mind having it again

Draught keg at Queens Arms. Hmm I felt it would be improved by less carbonation & chilling - so, a cask version basically! OK but no discernable flavours really coming out of it.

Cask. Pours a mid brown colour with thin beige head, aroma is light and malty, taste is bitter with malt with a dry bitter finish.

Cask conditioned at The Grapes, Oxford. Amber with slight white head. This is a sweet, malty, slightly syrupy beer with a plummy fruitiness. Little in the way of hops coming through. Fairly average.

Cask at The Bell in Waltham st Lawrence. Amber beer. Malty but with detectable alcohol which seems a bit strange for the low abv. Mild citrus bitter hop.

Clear medium amber orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, nutty, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
