2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Serving: draft at Fire Works Leesburg. Cloudy yellow pour. Odd honey and grain nose. The flavor has a weird tartness with lemon, light honey, grain, and yeast. An odd aftertaste lingers on the tongue. This one seems to be a bit of a mess.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
on tap @ Wild Wolf / Nellysford VA --- Cloudy straw color, small white head, cobwebs of lace. Taste is wheat and malt, along with distinct honey, that adds spice (clove? ginger? cumin?) on the swallow, followed by mild hops at the end. The spice lingers nicely. A nice brew, not exceptional.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a can. Sudsy head that dissipated quickly, but left a surprisingly good lacing behind. Straw yellow appearance. Not a big honey fan, but the ABV makes it palatable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can... Pours lightly hazy and yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is a marriage of honey and peppery, spicy hops. Medium to full-bodied with adequate carbonation. The flavor is remarkably well-balanced. Honey malts and spicy, white-peppery hops play nicely together. The hops fade quickly, leading to a sweet and spicy finish. Bottle courtesy of ygtbsm94!

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Can. Bright yellow-orange, with some thin cloudiness that almost makes it opaque. This gives off a very honey-laden aroma, quite sweet. It drinks with a similar buzz, super tart and almost lemony. There’s a bit too much of that aspect to make me like it very much. But it’s clean, well made, and a sure hit with the ladies. (#5647, 8/27/2014)
