COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This farmhouse ale was brewed with the best local ingredients possible. The honey, raspberries and peaches blend beautifully for a strong ale, which is highly carbonatedc.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale amber color with a medium creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of herbal hops, pears, peaches and tannic notes. The taste is bread, spices, peach, pear, honey and a bitter finish. Medium bodied.
