Cloudy orange-amber color; creamy head. Some malt aroma. Some malt flavor, quite dry, with correct bitterness but no hop characteristics.

Hazy deep blond color. Aroma of malt, not bad even if too light. Light malt and caramel flavor, a bit more pronounced than the Heller; dryish mouthfeel, but not enough; and some hidden crispy malt; the bitterness is higher. Roughly better than the Heller, still, not exciting.

Herber, grasig-muffiger Antrunk. Kurz darauf sehr trocken, gleichzeitig gibt es einen bitteren Schub. Trocken hopfig, unsüffig, Ein schweres, nicht unbedingt aromatisches Pils. 9/8/6/7/8/7

500 ml flip-top bottle in Germany. Thanks to shrubber85. Pours a hazy golden color with a full white head. Aroma is a sweet malty and hops. Sweeter than most Pils. Taste is mellow malts and this really is asking to be a Helles in every aspec, except the Palate then it tries to revert to a Pils. Not bad at all..

Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100928]

Swing-top bottle from brewpub. Slightly sweet light cherry and barley malt aroma. Hazy yellow color with large white head. Sweet barley malt and moderately strong bitter hay/quinine hops flavor. Bitterness lingers after swallowing. Nice body. Not bad - a tad rough.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild dusty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Stable white head. The flavour is mildly malty, has a hint of paper, but not bad. Distinct bitterness, rough but clean.
