3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at the De Dolle Koe bar (Leiden, The Netherlands). This Belgian ale is served in a beautiful low and wide glass. Low in alcohol (6.2%), yet medium bodied and very welcoming on a hot day. The orange liquid is topped by a great white beige head. The malty and even yeasty taste is accompanied by a mild bitter ending.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Dranken Verheyen in Poppel. The beer is deep golden colored and pours a small white head, with low carbo. In the aroma tones of hops and yeast, but also floral notes and fruits (orange peels). The taste is pretty malty, a little sweet with some fruit notes and some floral notes and a light bitterness in the end. The finish is long staying, refreshing and light bitter. Nothing special, one to forget soon.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Light amber ale with a white head. An original glass got a crazy cow milk shape nothing adding to a beer appreciation. Nose is fruity and strange sugary.Body is light, carbon medium, texture thin. Taste is sweet. Palate is dominated by candle sugar with some hints og Belgian yeast, a bit of herbs but still a sugar invasion is a prevalent characteristic of this ale. D@Leiden

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Already from the beginning I noticed this beer’s very hoppy. It has a little sweetness from the beginning which ends in a gentle bitter on the end.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
33 cl bottle at home. Bit of a gusher on opening, so the glass has much of the sediment in it. Dark blonde colour, white head that disappears quite quickly. Slight aroma of bread and cereal. Taste is sweet and sugary with some balancing bitterness. Slightly dusty, citrus taste. Average mouthfeel. Overall, an OK blonde beer.
