Bottle. Pours golden with an off-white head and some yeast in suspension. Aroma of malt, sugar, red apples, fruitiness, lime and yeast. Flavor is sweet and malty with sugar, caramel and yeast. Medium to thin body, average carbonation.

Bottle. An unclear, golden beer topped by a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Typical Belgian blonde yeasty aroma, with fruityness, some white sugar, a touch of peppery hops and some tropical fruits. The flavor is a bit too malty and yeasty I think, some toffee notes chiming in, and also a little bitterness. Medium to full body, quite carbonated. Fruity and bitter finish with some yeasty hints. A decent one, easy drinkable. 130430

Pours cloudy deep golden/copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits, sugar and yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

2013 - 03 - 30 330ml bottle. light orange golden colour. foamy, medium, fadig, white head. complex aroma, grain and sour fruit. light bitter, bit sour taste.

Tap at Wilderen Brewery. To start off: it's an absolute 1 of a kind glass, therefore a 5/5 for appearence. Nice white head but foam doesn't last long. Taste is hard to figure out. 33cl Bottle in Leuven. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma is spicy, floral, sweet, light honey. Flavour is sweet, light spicy, floral, citrus, rather metallic, light bitter finish with more metal. Light-bodied.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Countbeer. Pours a cloudy amber with loads of impurities and a small white head. Yeasty and lightly phenollic aroma. Medium body, sweet fruit and caramel with yeasty accents. A little warming late alcohol. A standard but harmless Belgian Blonde. 231212

aroma: fruit, parfum, koriander en hop
smaak: appel, citrus, koriander, kruidig, medium zuur, licht zoet, lekker fris, zacht op elkaar afgestemd, deels waterige ondertonen (weinig complexiteit) iig veel beter dan de Tripel van Wilderen

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2013 Heeft een flauw aroma en vrij weinig body. Daarnaast een frisse en licht kruidige smaak. Nog maar 1 keer gedronken, maar bij uitschenken viel een flinke gistklont in mijn glas. Zou deze nog eens moeten proberen.

Bottle, 6.2%. Sweet perfumy aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is sweet, slightly perfumy and fruity.Yeasty finish. Not so different from many other mediocre Belgian blondes.
