COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wilfort is a well-rounded brown ale brewed in the traditional way. To fully appreciate the character of its roasted malts and the wealth of flavours developed slowly over time in our cellars, we recommend a drinking temperature of around 8°.

Bottle 33cl. A black but clear ale with medium carbonation. Aroma is very sweet and caramel like, and toasty. Nice bitterness and grassy hop flavour. Good beer, a bit difficult to digest, near to a Pelforth brune.

Coca cola colored, little light brown head. Caramelly sweet aroma with thin chocolate and licorice. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with caramel and licorice, not very personal one. Aftertaste has thin alcohol with somd weird black currant tone.
