Jar from the brewery, brought by a friend. He didnít know which it was exactly, but it was not overly sweet, but certainly not dry. I suspect itís somewhere in between and as it also is the most rated version, Iíll put my rating under this entry. Hazy golden color, virtually no head. Lovely aroma of sweet apple with funky notes, slight farmhouse, bit spicy even. Soft sweet in taste, bit funkiness. Iíd love to try more of these kinds of farmhouse ciders instead of the dry and sparkling rubbish macro cideries make.

2015-09-20. Hazy yellow body, near headless. Aroma is a bit funky, dry earthy apple and some funky sweaty notes. Flavour is sweet and lightly fruit up front but then finishes bone dry. Fruity up front then an almost chalky earthy finish. Pleasant fruity apple at the core, with strong sharp dry apple character in the finish. Average bodied palate, soft to low carbonation. I kind of like it but itís a bit intense at this point in the evening. On cask at The Apple as "Wilkins Medium Dry", Bristol, UK.

Straight from the barrell on the cider farm. This was free cider, aroma is heavy, tastes of barnyard and apples, best cider Iíve had so far, with the best cider experience on the farm

A Sim rate (bag in a box at the Grosvenor...*shudder* south of the river): 9 out of 10 anarchists said their mums preferred it. And I must agree. Sweet (but not too sweet) green apple aromai & flavour. Tart green apple finish. Itís a granny smith or a tasty Braeburn. Brown sugar and lemon/lime bitterness in the finish. Really enjoyed it.

From a polypin at the Wellington, Bristol 29/05/10. Hazy, straw coloured. Big barnyard aroma of sulphur and manure with some dryish fruit. Easy drinking with yeasty fruit and a dry finish with just a hint of sugar. Good.
