A bright, golden summer ale brewed with a blend of Belgian pale malt, Cascade and Bobek hops with a late infusion of fresh elderflowers and lemon zest. Fruity, aromatic and deliciously refreshing.

Bottle. A lighlty hazy golden beer topped by a dense, white head. Weak flowerey aroma with citrus notes. The flavor too is quite flowery, with some citrus and a malty hint. Medium body, dry on the palate. Some bitterness chimes in towards the else quite flowery finish. A rather boring one, and perhaps a bit too much elderflower focused beer, but it slakes the thirst and goes down easily. 121130

500ml bottle. Cloudy pale yellow, no activity in the glass, thin head goes on the blink of the eye. Looks awful. Grain and honey in the aroma, touches of summer fruit. Flavour is pleasant, bright fruity notes. Flat carbonation, light to medium body. Fruity malt finish. Decent.

500ml bottle shared at home. Pours golden yellow with good white head. Aromas of biscuit, flowers, and butterscotch. Big flower taste coming through. and the malt disappears, leading to a light hop bitterness. Refreshing and easy drinking.

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a rather small white head. Weak malty and hoppy aroma with citrus, hints of fruits and vegetables and some floral notes. Medium sweet with some acidity and a light bitterness in the finish. Fairly light body with average carbonation. A bit watery and weak in flavour, not my choice of summer beer.

Bottle. Appearance: quite a vibrant yellow. Medium pure white head. Aroma: grassy, soapy, a little citrus, floral with a slight freshly cut wood aroma. Flavour: Soapy again with a nice citrus and floral flavour, quite a lot of carbonation, mildly hoppy finish. A good summer drinking beer.

Medium sweetness, medium to light bitterness, light body, thin feel, average carbonation. Elder and citrus aromas. Light ale, not a masterpiece, but very nice for hot summer days.

Clear golden beer. Light citrus and grapefruit aroma. Taste matches the smell and the short-lived finish is slightly hoppy with a sweet, tangy edge.
