A rich dark ale, dominated by the strong flavours of blended roast malts that are the foundation of this beer. Smooth coffee and chocolate undertones are complemented by the addition of late harvest cone hops, giving a lovely blackcurrant aroma.

The official description above is pretty precise. Thin palate and thin look, but amazing aroma and flavours of roasted malts, excellent dark chocolate and black currants. Nice and tart-sour, from that currant touch.

Great chocolate aroma. Just awesome quality chocolate. Aroma is deep and long. Notes of coffee and dark malts are also present. It’s dark seal color, non-transparent, with rather poor head. Taste is similar to aroma but like divided and reduced few times. But still - it’s taste great. Perfect dark chocolate flavour with delicate bitterness on the background. It’s quite heavily carbonated for a stout. The body is rather thin. Malty aftertaste is short and rather annoying.
