Bottle: Filtered.
A rich dark ale, dominated by the strong flavours of blended roast malts that are the foundation of this beer. Smooth coffee and chocolate undertones are complemented by the addition of late harvest cone hops, giving a lovely blackcurrant aroma.

Great chocolate aroma. Just awesome quality chocolate. Aroma is deep and long. Notes of coffee and dark malts are also present. Its dark seal color, non-transparent, with rather poor head. Taste is similar to aroma but like divided and reduced few times. But still - its taste great. Perfect dark chocolate flavour with delicate bitterness on the background. Its quite heavily carbonated for a stout. The body is rather thin. Malty aftertaste is short and rather annoying.

Pours a deep ruby red. Aroma is smokey and spicy. Taste is more of the same with a good mix of rich malt smoke and a slight hop bitterness. Interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
